When I initially called after the recall notice went out, I was able to speak with someone who said they would send me what was needed to return the defective product. Despite several calls, they never followed through with sending me what I needed. Then, my calls stopped being answered. Despite multiple calls, I have never been able to speak with anyone else. I called again today (5/11/20), left a message for someone to call me but I don't really expect that anyone will. I have never dealt with a company as bad as this one.

None ever answers queries or phone calls. I wrote to the address given and my letter was returned as undeliverable.

They don't answer your calls, they don't answer your emails. I never did receive the heater because they didn't use my complete mailing address so I don't know if the heater is any good. But even though it was in the USPS system for return, they would NOT issue me a credit. When I started leaving bad reviews on their website, then they called me, but would not issue me a refund. Thank God I had paid through PayPal and they issued me credit. This company has a "warranty plan" for an extra $20 when you purchase your heater. Just try and get a service call response to them. They absolutely do NOT get back to you! I highly DO NOT recommend this outfit!

Ordered in November '18, still haven't received anything (now January 30th '19). Only contact details is an email address support at buyheathero.com so far no one has replied to my emails. They appear to have a registered office in Nevada, 7390 Eastgate Suite, 130 Henderson, NV 89011 USA

Managed to get a phone number off them after leaving a comment on their FaceBook page. Their number is 001 877-479-9172

bought one of these heaters in early December and haven't received it or heard a thing about when it will be shipped . There's no way to get a hold of these people except a bogus email to get a hold of them , to no avail ! I'm so sick of scammers ! Don't you people have anything better to do than rip people off ?

I purchased three and two broke within days, the phone number is no longer in service. They claim you can leave an email but no link. Stay away from this company.

TERRIBLE EVERYTHING BAD YOU READ IS TRUE!!

Terrible Communications, they give you bogus tracking information, way past delivery I started my PAYPAL dispute and then the item arrives via general post service.
It did work on initially turning it on although packaging was terrible so I closed the PAYPAL dispute which was unfortunate as (like many others Ive now read about) it stopped working after 2 days!

You can buy similar items for cheaper or the same in many local stores, I only wish I had read all the reviews before I made this expensive loss, hence my review here as trust pilot is more widely used and noticed.
