multiple emails, calls, facebook messenger with one response 2 months ago saying manufacturer will ship end of February. This is after late December order date and charging my credit card. Here we are late March and nothing is happening because they won't respond. Phone number on order email is a fax number, which now tells me a lot, they have no intentions of completing order. #BF1712043

absolutely the worst customer service ever, I been calling for over two weeks, sending emails, there is no live chat, as its never available, I call durining business hours and no answer, emails no reply, I ordered furniture on feb 18,2018 !! CAN SOMEONE REACH OUT TO ME!!

It鈥檚 been a month since i ordered. They took my money but i can鈥檛 get anyone to call me or email me about delivery.

My husband and I moved into a new apartment and were looking for a couch set with reasonable price and quality. On the hunt we visited almost all major to family owned furniture stores in Philly area and finally decided on Homique's "hot buy" sectional couch. Their "mai" sectional couch was definitely worth the piece for the wait.

The owner of the store Igor worked with us to a great deal with a better delivery date. And they delivery guys were prompt with the delivery.

The sectional sofa we ordered during thanksgiving just arrived and it looks/feels amazing. I would like to thank Igor for being so prompt regarding the delivery and making sure the customer always comes first. Very honest and accommodating sales team and the owner.

They also have an extensive collection of various types of furniture in store and a huge online merchandise we could choose from. Thank you guys and I would recommend your company to anyone. We are coming back for sure!!!

My furniture arrived on time on expected delivery date, very reasonably priced. The package arrived in mint condition and the delivery driver was very nice and even when he brought up the furniture three flights as it was scheduled as a "curbside" delivery. I rate it four stars becused I found it a bit difficult getting in touch with customer service since they don't provide their office hours and they didnt inform the delivery personal regarding the three flights into my apartment.

I am giving a favorable review because there was an unexpected glitch with my order which caused longer than desired delivery time but Alex stepped up to the plate and made things right even to the point of losing money. He did his best to take care of the customer. I appreciate it very much!

At first was kinda skeptical after reading reviews. But this has been overall a great company to deal with I got my furniture within a week of order they even went out of there way to deliver it on a sunday plus had the Best price!! Would highly recommend,

Would never use this company again. Ordered a piece of furniture well over 2 weeks ago, zero communication from anyone. It says processing for over 2 weeks straight. I emailed them several times, called and left about 3 messages, all to no avail. I'm convinced no one works there. All I want to know is what the hell is going on with my order. Someone answer me!!!!

I am so pleased with the delivery of my products. They called and confirmed many of times. It arrived in good timing and the man who delivered my products was very polite and helpful. I ordered 2 dressers and i LOVE them. I am so pleased with the product and delivery definitely will shop there again and refer to others. Great Job buy furniture

When I ordered a sofa with this company I was so excited when "Alex" told me it would be delivered in 7-10 days. Weeks went by with one excuse after another, eventually my calls and emails went unanswered. After waiting a month for furniture I finally received a call from "Alex" and he canceled my order and agreed to issue me a full refund… it's now been a week and I am still out $1,000. Again, I've called, no answer, I've emailed, no answered. Google the address on website…

**Update: Thankfully I have received my refund. After several calls/voice mail & email I couldn't get anyone, however AFTER I posted the negative review I received emails and a voice mail asking me to take down my review. Thank you Trustpilot

I ordered two sofas from this company and to start with the furniture was hundreds of dollars cheaper than anyone else I could find. I was quite a ways out of the normal shipping range of the company and they were having trouble with one of their shippers getting my furniture to me when I needed it. After informing the owner that I needed everything within a certain (short) time frame, and determining that their normal shipper could not accommodate this, they actually did something unheard of to me by anyone I have ever done business with…. two of the company owners/managers rented a uhaul, intercepted my furniture from the shipper, and delivered it personally to my home from their headquarters which was about three hours away! You will not find more honest and accomodating people to deal with. Very rare these days! Thank you BuyFurniture.com!

I had previously entered a poor rating but, am rescinding that claim to update. I purchased a sofa set and chair from this company and due to circumstances beyond their control we were about to experience a significant delay and cost increase to our order. In order to remedy the situation, the owners left Phily at midnight, drove to Delaware to retrieve our furniture from an unresponsive shipper. They then drove through the night, to Newport News Virginia, to personally deliver my furniture order!!! Because they did this, I have it in time for my packers to load it, because I'm transferring to Tampa with the military, next week.

If you are not satisfied with buyfurniture.com, YOU have done something wrong or are completely unreasonable. I would do business with this company again, any day of the week. Thank you Alex and Liam!
