THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG RUGS, PAYPAL HAD TO MAKE THEM REFUND AND THEY DIDN'T REFUND MY SHIPPING OF $87.00 BEWARE, TERRIBLE RUGS, SMELL TERRIBLE, THEY ARE THIN AND WRINKLED. THEY ARE NOT EVEN USEABLE. THESE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE MATCHING.

So impressed with the quality of these rugs for such an amazing price and fast shipping. Ordered Nov 11 and got them all delivered by FedEx on Nov 13 with free shipping. I have the 8' X 11' and the runner on my screen porch and they look fantastic! I would definitely recommend!

It's been the worse experience ever. I've ordered a rug that I never received and I've been trying to call MANY times and the customer service lied to me 2 times about the shipment. They hang up on me 5 times and at the end… I never received my rug. Worse company ever! YOU CAN HAVE THE BEST PRODUCT EVER BUT IF YOU HAVE THESE KIND OF PEOPLE WORKING FOR YOU… I CAN GARANTEE YOU that you will loose a lot of clients!

1. I contacted this company, looking for Indoor-Outdoor rugs and was told that the ones that interested me were actually Indoor-Outdoor rugs.
2. These rugs are ***NOT*** Indoor-Outdoor rugs
3. The rugs are crap. Really cheap quality. REALLY cheap quality.
4. After being misled about what I was buying, I was told that ** I *** had to pay for the return shipping!
5. They have an office space in Silver Spring, MD and I was told that I could return them there (a 40-min drive).
6. Then, I was told the following day that I had to either PAY for shipping TWO 8×11 foot rugs OR that I had to drive them to Baltimore (over an HOUR away).
7. The customer service person with whom I spoke was rude and NOT helpful.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY THESE RUGS!

I am a designer and work with high-end clients to furnish their office or high-end houses. I've been using them for 2 years ago and quality rugs at great prices. The silk collection is amazingly well made and the price is just awesome. I've ordered about 20 rugs from them so far with no issues. Only one order was out of stock back ordered but they emailed me and I swapped it out to something else. Totally like the price and their high-quality rugs.

I've ordered from this company several times and the rugs themselves are a pretty good deal for the money. However, last time I ordered a rug it never arrived, and customer service refused to issue a refund or replacement, and were very rude both over the phone and by email. I had to get my bank to issue a refund. While the delivery issue wasn't their fault, the rude and totally unhelpful customer service was enough that I will absolutely never support this business again.

My father has an old Persian silk rug and I was looking for kind of same rug and look. I ordered and it was delivered promptly.
I wasn't sure about quality and colors so I ordered a 5×8 and I gotta tell you. I am amazed with the quality, color and the luxurious look. I hope the shipping was free but the rug overall price and quality is well wroth it. Its over 1/5 of retail price and I am happy.

We had a music event and needed the rugs for the weekend. I called them and they did 2nd day shipping for me. Rugs are great and very good prices too. The only problem is I did order the matching runner and it was ship separate by USPS and bigger rugs by FedEx. Overall, satisfied with the rugs and quality and price!

I ordered my rug based on the reviews from other customers and I didn't find anything online that was negative about them. I didn't realize those reviews are not live reviews and you can't post one of your own. The rug I ordered was very cheaply made, the pile was so short you could almost see through the rug. They did offer a refund / exchange so I'll see what the new rug is like and amend my review as I go.
