Bought smoker for $314.99 on Jan. 1st and it was shipped to wrong address, my old address on 14th, which I learned through tracking number 9 days later. Shane said "sorry" and that it was sent to Pay Pal address, which I had about same time updated along with new card. Basically he is saying I am out of luck with smoker and refund! Sent to wrong address even though emailed receipt showed updated address along with updated billing address. My wife called about 30 times in 2 days with no response. Shane is cold and totally unhelpful. Don't waist your money! Shop elsewhere! So far I am out of a smoker and $314.99!

I ordered a copy of Turbo Tax From Buydepot.net. I watched the UPS tracking saying that it was shipped, in the area and then returned saying addressee not found. I have tried to contact them almost daily for two weeks, voice message says mailbox is full. Offers to send an SMS which I have although I'm not sure what that is. They have my payment and I have a headache.

Placed order, email said awaiting payment….no follow up. Tried to register, at their request, to track but no information appears. PayPal sent email that it had been paid and it was taken from my account. Will not answer phone or emails. Have sent emails or left voicemails. Filed a complaint with PayPal.

I purchased a new BBQ Smoker, paid with Pay Pal, which gave them the money right away, my order status kept saying awaiting payment, I called a few times all you get is voice mail, I sent an email, finally I got a response that said we are waiting for Payment, when I questioned that because I had confirmation of Payment. I never received a call back. So I called again and threatened them with cancelation of the order. Five minute's later I get a conformation that the order was canceled….what a way to do business. Seller sent the wrong product and did not return phone calls or emails. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and the seller did not respond until the very end of the two-month dispute period at which time they told the credit card company that "buyer never follow up on return".

I received my order promptly. Needed to return the software unopened as not compatible with my system. Took a while to get a return email. I was approved for the return (Order #7510). Had software back to them on 01/12/15. Never received a credit. No one returns emails or phone calls.

This company will not provide any customer service. My package was not delivered to my address. Because fedex marked it as delivered in error they say tough luck and won't even bother to contact fedex and try to track it down. Buyer beware. I would never order from them so be careful.

I purchased a Costco nativity set and received from company a letter stating that they can not ship the item but item has been purchased and after reading other complaints and leaving phone messages and it feels like no one is there I am a little nervous with this company.

Thursday last week I placed and order and gave them my CC. They never contacted me and cancelled my order. I did get my money back but they said they couldn't ship the order to one address and have another address as billing address! Well I wanted it shipped to my office so I would be there and it won't get stolen. There is nobody at my apt and if they leave it outside it will be gone when I get home! So I go to reorder and have it sent to local UPS will call and they upped the price $10 each (I ordered 2) Now I have to run around at the last minute at Christmas to find the damn things and I'm pissed !!!!!!!!

I placed two garage storage around labor day. They shipped it quick however they didn't respond to me when I request the replacement for my product because of damage. Finally, because of the NO RESPONSE, I need to contact the manufacturer directly . It has been almost two months and I am still waiting for my replacement to finish up my garage storage. I don't know how long will I need to wait; I wish I can return but I have to pay the high cost shipment. I really get STUCK.

Never Buy anything from this website. I ordered antivirus (McAfee) using my paypal. Paypal made the payment in a day but the product still waiting for shipment even after 10 Days. I called the customer service 4 times left two voice messages and also wrote two emails. No response at all. There is no provision for canceling my order.

I emailed them regarding the problem and they have not responded to my problem. I want to return the item – have disputed the charge with my credit card company who will investigate with the company. The 800 number doesn't have a human – just computer generated – and no one answers any phones there at all.
