Been with BuycPanel for little over a year now and never had any trouble. The support is incredibly quick with resolving issues, even if the problem is caused by something that's difficult to explain.

I kinda was against the price raise last September, which ultimately they can't do anything about as well because of cPanel itself, but BuycPanel really has proven their worth for me.

If you're looking for a cPanel license with outstanding support, BuycPanel is the right one for you.

I've had mixed experiences with this company, decent and fast support overall but their JetBackup product was a complete mess and ruined whatever positive thoughts I had.

However yesterdays announcement that they're being aquired by cPanel is appauling. cPanel have ruined their customers by increasing prices on average 300% overnight and changing their pricing structure to per account rather than per server device, and I would hope BuycPanel would have stood by that but they've given in to what I can make an educated guess is a big financial offering and they're now going to be another failed part of those Oakley Capital scumbags that now own and messed up cPanel. Just as much as I hoped I could cling on to cPanel via buycPanel, now I really do need to consider moving on as Oakley ruin their own product and now the independant distributors too. Shame on you BuycPanel.

EDIT: They also cancelled loads of licenses such as WHMExtra which were included free. WHMExtra released a news update confirming that Oakley cut them and other 3rd party licenses. F you.

FURTHER EDIT: cPanel has taken over but hasn't made use of BuycPanel's excellent support, with an average response of 10 to 30 minutes. I'm now waiting 12+ hours for responses.

I received a welcome call shortly after placing my order which was really nice as i had a couple follow up questions. I have only had to use their support twice and both times i got a response in under 10 minutes and they resolved my issues quickly. I am very pleased with BuycPanel and don't plan on looking elsewhere for cPanel / cPanel addon licenses.

Great service for my cPanel license needs. Wouldn't go with any other company.

Billing is terrible if im honest, Ive been with them since 2009 almost 10 years and they are now trying to get payment twice for the same service. I have had to pay again for the same service as they suspended my servers licences and it rendered my servers pretty useless from a functionality point of view. I hope this review reaches many others and also BuycPanel themselves, as im not at all happy with the service i have had from them recently.

If there was another company at the same price i would be garn tomorrow for good.

I try to pay cpanel with my credit card, my card have 2 names (compagny and private name) they say its mabye fraud, the name is not corect.

Well than use the private name, no we dont want that. Send us a copy of your credit card, wel you can get a piece of the card, i dont want to have fraud.

No we need the frond and the back site, sure and then i get several payments with my card over dream on.

Well have send a email to visa, this is not normal
