Their website said free shipping. I got my order ready, then noticed a shipping charge. I emailed them and asked about this, they asked for my zip code and said it would be fixed. I placed the order, then after a week and a half wondered where my shirts were. I emailed them, they wrote back and said they couldn鈥檛 get one, could they ship one less? Okay. Remaining shirts arrived, when I noticed that though I ordered extra large, one was medium. I emailed them multiple times, but now that they had my money, they suddenly forgot how to write back. The only phone number was a recording saying to contact them through email. What a rip.

Wow super fast turn around/delivery!!! I placed an order on December 19 (less than a week from Christmas) The order wasn鈥檛 scheduled to get here until after Christmas. Some how I received my order Saturday December 22. Soft GREAT QUALITY!! WILL DEFINITELY ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN

I have been ordering from this company for years. Wow, they have been around forever! Always get what I need at a decent price and a store coupon is always made available. This really helps when the holidays roll around. Nice job guys!

I ordered 2 shirts from buycoolshirts.com and received a free promotional shirt with each one I ordered that markets their company (nice marketing strategy). However, when I received my package, one of the shirts I ordered was missing. Immediately I emailed the company (both of the phone numbers listed for this business are no longer in service – red flag) to inform them of their mistake. I received a reply back from a man named Rudy who explained that there should have been a note in my package saying the other shirt would arrive separately. Patiently I waited for another 3 weeks. When the package had not yet arrived, I emailed Rudy back directly and informed him that I still had not yet been in receipt of my order. He later replied that he wasn't sure why it had not been shipped out and he would look into it, and asked if I would rather have a refund since the time I ordered had expired over a month. Immediately receiving this email, I quickly replied that I did not want a refund, but would rather just have the shirt sent to me. After a few days I was notified again by Rudy that I would not be receiving that shirt because of licensing issues and that a refund had been granted to me (a partial refund – to which I had to notify them again to receive the full refund). Discouraged, I responded that I still would like the shirt since it's still being advertised on their social media page as available for order, and the particular shirt design I wanted was also advertised on their website as available. That prompted a rude and unprofessional response from Rudy, stating that at least I received 3 out of the 4 shirts I ordered and what more do I want (I only received 1 out of the 2 shirts I ordered, he threw in 2 cheap free shirts to advertise his business), he then finally suggested a half off discount for the shirt I originally ordered and free shipping. I agreed that this would suffice for the effort in trying to clear up an issue on their end and for all of the unanswered emails. When I had not received the shirt a week later, I emailed Rudy again and told him I would still like the shirt I ordered. This email (along with many others previous to this) went unanswered again, so I forwarded the message to his email and the company email again. His final response was that he would not honor the 50% discount plus free shipping he originally gave me to satisfy my complaint for messing up my order and I was not to email his company again. Incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. I will absolutely never order from Buy Cool Shirts again and I pulled my business account from them as well.
