Ordered from these cowboys twice now, more fool me! I basically forgot the bad service I had last time.
They quote 7-10 days from payment. However they don't say from who's payment! Thought the order was being delivered today as per tracking, but only 1 of the 5 items arrived. Will never give them my business again!!

When the seller tries to fool a customer and does not admit their fault it is much worse than just a missed order.

Monday
-When it will be delivered if I order today?
>>>This will be delivered on weds, is the correct part you require?
– Any chance it could be delivered tomorrow? Your listing says 24hrs delivery.
>>>This will be correct however delivery will be on weds

Thursday
– When the absorber will be delivered??? I ordered it on Monday morning and it is still not with me. Why you offer 24Hrs delivery if you cannot commit to it?
>>>Please check your inbox we messaged you stating it will take 2-3 days for delivery as it comes from germany which would have been on weds and we have been waiting for you to reply back so we no whether to process your order for you or not
-So why it was not with me yesterday??? I do not understand what are you trying to say? You made a statement that it will be delivered on Wednesday. The order was confirmed what kind of additional confirmation you wanted from me?

Frankly, I cannot understand what kind of people work at that company. Delivery delayed by 6 days. Yes, I do count weekends as a hire car is not for free over weekends!

New car battery ordered at 9pm and paid for next day delivery. Midday next day company called to check I had ordered the correct battery for my car as there was an alternative size and the one I ordered may not have fitted. A couple of hours later a van drew up with my new battery. I had not expected next day delivery for an order placed at 9pm. Excellent service.

these guys were very helpful the advised me on the right parts for my car the prices were very very good they had saved me a lot of money as some quotes i was getting elsewhere were upto 3 times as much, the service was great and the delivery time was spot on i will definatley use these guys again in the future no problem at all………………C.
