Exactly a bait-n-switch waist of time. Pawn shops will likely pay you more or send it back to the carrier you got it from. You'll be just as disapointed –

And per their reply below, there are no "scratches" on my phone. I have photos of it going into the box. Also note- this scam company is yet to return my phone. America- we have to stand up against piss poor businesses like these. All I can do is log complaints with local, state and federal agencies which will take a small amount of my time this week but less of this scam company's time to respond. Since this scam company scratched up my phone, I'll have to make a claim to UPS, which isn't going to pay it because this scam company scratched up my phone.

This company is like the annoying neighbor that scratches your car or breaks your fence because they're a $#*! and they know it will cost you more to complain- so they get away with it. (Hey SuckAssTronics.com- if the shoe fits…)

It is up to you to stop patronizing this company and others like like it. Businesses need to appreciate their customers and if they're going to contract to work, we need to hold them accountable to deliver on that contract. It is companies like this scam company here, who autobot replies because they know there is about a 3% chance we'll take action and they don't care.

Take action show they same level of interest America. Make America great again and send scam companies and their no talent lying ownership a message – we will NOT do business with you. Your 15 minutes are up.

I have sold them many devices. One time they scratched my ipad and the last time they told me my iphone had a very small scratch. I take pictures of all my devices before I send them back. The ipad they did in-fact put the scratch the iphone the picture of the scratch and my picture I had are not even close. I suspect this is unscrupulous new business practice of theirs. (note the iphone had a case and screen protector since day one and the original box, charging cable and ear buds. All never used)

Sent in a phone with zero scratches on the screen and back of the phone with pictures to prove as such. Also sent it inside the original box it came in. When they received my phone they claimed it arrived in poor condition and thus diminished the price of my original trade in by more than 20% of what was granted.

I'm also attaching pictures of what my phone was sent in as, then the photos sent to me by the company which depicted "dust" and pretty extreme scratches on the screen then a 3rd batch that magically showed the finest scratches on the screen with different dust particulates. Again, just heed warning that they may pull a stunt like this with you if you utilize them for this service.

SCAM!

I had a nearly flawless iphone 8 with a barely visible scratch on the glass. No other signs of abuse or wear. I judged it as a "good" condition, not flawless. I expected $143. They came back with a "fair condition" price of 112. These guys are crooks. Just be smarter than me and sell your old phones through ebay or at a local store.

They revised the offer to $123 while they agreed the iPad is "flawless" they said there is white blotch on LCD. This ipad lived in a Zagg case with Invisible Shield glass on the screen. I sent it to them perfect. Now (besides low-balling me) which Im not going to accept they can either send me back a damaged iPad Pro or open a UPS case which is where we are. This iPad did not leave my possession like this. The only time it was less protected was in transport. Stay away from these guys –yeah great offer but now (my product is damaged and the offer is low ball)

Beware before doing any business with this company, they will offer you one price via there value calculator, upon receiving your phone they will significant lower the offer and make up false problems with your phone to justify the lower offer. Traded (4) phones into them, huge mistake look elsewhere.

They are cheats. Do no do business with them. Sent them an iPhone 7 with a quote ie $116.

After they had my phone, they changed the offer to $54. There was nothing wrong with it!

They are cheats.

I am disappointed and actually pissed off. I sent a phone 6s in good condition to these guys and they had agreed to pay $65, but, of course when I received an email from them, they are telling me all of things wrong with the phone which is an absolute lie. They said the screen was faded and paint was on the back on the phone. I don't paint and the screen was excellent. Keep your phone, DO NOT SEND IT TO THEM.
