Decided to order VR devices, but after giving credit card it offered accessories. I saw no 鈥渙rder鈥?button, backed up to get more info, then had to log in again-I got charged twice. No place to change order, no working phone #. They charged me for multiple devices I don鈥檛 want.

I sent in an order for one headset and one controller and marked a box to get a free controller. I called them and said the order was wrong and all I got in return was a letter saying it would be taken care of in at least 24 hours. That was on
1-28-17. Still no reply and now it says the address is no longer in use.

We have a 14 day return policy (from date of shipment) with a 30% restocking fee. This was indicated in the Terms and Agreements at the point of purchase.
So you have to pay for the return shipping PLUS 30% restocking fee…so THINK!!!

On line order "$29.99 each. Buy 3 get 2 for free. They charged my card 149.95. I sent an email saying they overcharged me, but was told thats not how it works. I cancelled the order in writing minutes after ordering. They shipped anyway despite my cancel order. I refused shipment and they were returned. They will not provide a full refund. They want a 30% restocking fee

Sent glasses and charged without an order. can't send back, 30%restocking fee, has to be unopened, pay return shipping, deduct orig shipping, etc.

On November 23, 2016 I ordered Astoria VR Headsets from this company and never received the order.

I ordered 3 sets of Astoria VR headsets that were advertised on TV. I immediately realized that in order to use them I would need a Smart Phone, which I do not have. I called then within 2 hours and cancelled my order. I was assured it was cancelled. About a week later a box was delivered to my home. I did not open it and called to explain again why I did not want the headsets. Joel gave me an address where I could mail them back but I had to pay the return postage of $16. I checked constantly to be assured the box was received and finally received notice that the address was wrong and they would be returned to me. I called again and spoke with Iris who assured me she would check this out and see how she could get my refund. I was to all in a week to get the results. In a week (today) I called and the phone number is not a good one. I tried online also and it did not work either. I now have a charge on my credit card, but also do not have the headphones I am paying for. This is a fraudulent company.

I sent product back after requesting a return using my order number. Sent numerous emails. Still no response. Something should have told me it was wrong when I couldn't confirm the order before purchasing.

I ordered from a website inearly Dec. 5 Virtual Reality things with headsets. Not shipped. reported totally false shipping info. Email answers are all scam. As of 1/9/17 no receipt of goods and no answers

I was charged for two orders of headsets, received a shipping order through Fed-Ex to track, but that was delayed so of course I can't make the 14 days to return under their policy. Spent a while hashing things out with the person on the phone and was given a RMA number. The problem on the site is that when you check to see the cost you've already purchased the item. I'm still waiting for shipment info on the second order that was also placed … it has been a week. They were quick to take the money and now the phone message says if you need support email support. Well support ([email聽protected]) doesn't respond. They didn't a week ago when I tried to sort out the mess and they aren't now.

Order product through FaceBook ad and they charged my charge card immediately and never shipped product. Always different information every time I called.

Ordered 2 headsets on Nov28, was told by email it was shipped Dec 1st. Never received! Told on the phone it was pending (6 times) told on Dec 14 it was processed and being shipped. Told Dec 16 still pending. Hung up on by Cynthia today. Later told by Danielle a huge back order just came in and should be shipped this week
