I purchased three masks from this company paid around $55.00 back in May 2020. They kept telling me they were backed up and would ship my masks soon. Never received my masks in the mail. I contacted them via email they sent me a fake tracking number doesn鈥檛 even work. I鈥檝e tried several more times to contact them they have stopped responding to my Instagram messages and emails. I鈥檝e tried to report them to Instagram and restrict them, I even posted a picture of their site warning people not to purchase from them, I hope that helps. I am so upset the whole reason why I even purchased was because their site claims to donate a mask with every mask u buy and during the COVID-19 I was inspired to buy three masks so that this company would donate three masks. What a disrespectful scam this is.

I ordered $ 40.00 worth of masks and even payed for express shipping and they said my order would arrive in 7-10 buisness days. Its been a month and a half and I have not received anything. It is extremely upsetting. No where else has such cool designs and fabric. So i figured why not. They wont even give me a refund. They keep telling me to wait patiently.

Will not give me their mailing address for USPS claim on delivered package not received

I have repeatedly asked for their mailing address for USPS to report not receiving package of two masks I ordered from them. They will not give it to me. I need it to make a claim with USPS.

I placed my order almost four weeks ago (it's now been 15 business days), and they still have not shipped my items. When I checked in on the status of the order, they gave me a tracking number. Five days later, the tracking number still shows that the item has not been shipped. I checked in a second time, they said it would ship that day. I checked in twice more and have never heard back from them, though I've requested a full refund.
