Update 2: product finally arrived with apologetic email

Update: several days on and still no reply to my emails. The money has been taken from my account. They use some kind of payment hub called hponlineshop.com and they're a scam too – this is the second time that money paid this way has vanished into the ether. The polite English speaking front is just that – a front.
