Yeah, I got a refund through my bank after filing a claim. These guys are scam artists. I spent 300 to get an order, and never received confirmation email saying I鈥檇 bought anything, not any tracking information. I reached out several to the company with no reply. I鈥檒l stick with ModafinilXL. They鈥檙e always quick to reach out and have a much better customer service experience.

I am so disappointed with this company 馃槩 My first order when great and arrived within 2 weeks. So I ordered a larger amount thinking it鈥檇 be safe. I placed my order on 12/23. It didnt get shipped until 1/9 and has been stuck in India since 1/11. I have tried reaching out to them 3 times now with no response. I even reached out to India Post and opened an investigation with no luck. I eventually will try to dispute this charge with my bank. TrustPilot ended up taking BuyModa off of their page and you can no longer see any past reviews or make new ones. I seriously am so upset because this product did really work for my debilitating me/cfs when nothing else has. None of my drs know what it is and wont prescribe it. I spent $164 this time around 馃槩 They have a guarantee that after a certain amount of time they will re-ship your order for free and if you still dont get it they refund you. This would be amazing if they鈥檇 actually respond to my emails 馃槩 I will update this if anything changes. If not, I did not get my product or refund and will not order from BuyModa again.

Sad to say, because I was a loyal customer of BuyModa, but it seems ModaMike Guarantee is a FRAUD.
I ordered Artvigil for $140 to be shipped to Thailand, but the parcel was stuck at customs. I contacted support and asked for reshipment to Estonia, where I currently live. It's their guarantee policy: two attempts to deliver and money back, if both fail. I was given a India Post tracking number, that I wasn't able to find in any tracking system. So, I have a right to suspect, that tracking number was fake and order was actually NEVER RESHIPPED.
After waiting for one and half months (parcel was supposedly "reshipped" in the beginning of December 2020) I contacted support in the mid of January 2021 and informed them that tracking number is still NOT FOUND. They offered a refund and gave me a store credit. I tried to make a purchase, entered the coupon and voila "COUPON DOES'T EXIST".
I contacted support about that on January 13. The answer was that they are "contacting their supervisor" regarding the issue. SILENCE since then.
I really do not understand why a trustworthy, as I thought, store would play such tricks with heir loyal customer for just $140!

I ordered from Buymoda.org back in early november 2020.Its now Jan 9 2021.I live in USA and finally got an update on my shipping information.Its said "my order arrived at its final destination in India".Oh wow! So I sent another email asking why my package was sent to the wrong country.They said the have the Moda team looking into it.I am awaiting a response and will update here again.So far my experience is 2 stars because the 10 weeks Ive been waiting since my order.So I gave them 2 stars because they at least email me back sometimes.If not I would gove zero stars.Oh well,lets wait and see what happens,but so far im very unhappy with them.

I made a payment with bircoin and did not receive a confermation email. I was today by Justine that my ordr had timed out, it had only been 5 minutes, any way she said it was coin payments responsibility to get money back. I contacted a different buymoda email and was asked to send a screen shot of purchase, I did. Was told I should get money back soon, I did not. I foolishly made another purchase because I had made a few purchases prior with no problem so was hoping it was a coin payment challenge. Again I did not receive a confermation email. BUYMODA IS GOING OUT OF BUISNESS AND IS TAKING AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE BEFORE THEY DO, BE AWARE!!!

I got my delivery after 17 days to Australia, which I thought was pretty good in Covid times. Package was opened by Border Force, but nothing was removed. So I'm super happy!

Shipping has taken longer than expected due to the pandemic. When I though my order was lost BuyModa replaced it no questions asked. Received both packages. Very happy will use again for sure. Great discount for Bitcoin payment also.

The order arrived exactly 1 month after placing it (Paris, France). The tracking number I was provided with didn't clear for around 3 weeks, but BuyModa sent me an automatic email as soon as it started tracking.
The packaging is discrete, and the product perfectly as expected.

Fast message response tho i give them credit for that
Never received first tracking number after 3 weeks. Was then re posted with partial refund = happy. waited 3 more weeks Never received second tracking number. It turns out they messed up and gave me a full refund and canceled my order with out telling me. It has taken 7 weeks to find this out this. Justine the support then has the hide to blame the mistake on me saying i should have told them i got full refund so they could have fixed the issue. I didn't know i got full refund until nearly 3 weeks in when i finally checked my bank records. So 6 weeks in and i am told to just reorder. Justine is dodgy. O yea and they don't appreciate threats about posting many bad reviews and all that vengeance stuff 🙂

Always received my product and it has always been of top notch quality. Even during the crazy days of lockdown, my order always came through, through it was sometimes delayed due to COVID. Communication when this happened was always very good. I've been using BuyModa for almost a year now and i've never had a bad experience. Great vendor!

Customer Service is equally important as value, & quality. My experience here has been just that.If you have a question or need help, they get right back to you. You get the feeling that they really do care. Shipping times may vary depending on where you live & this covid thing. It's nice to have tracking, Not sure what the usual shipping times are as this was my first experience, so I'll come back after my second order so I'll have a better answer. I'm guessing about 4 weeks right now. Product is high quality. I definitely recommend to anyone trying to decide whether to purchase or not, to go ahead, Buy Moda has your back!! Thank You!

Things are back to normal. I ordered on 1st July and items received today on 21st July (UK). I gotta say the packaging is very discrete and sturdy.
Only criticism is that I was not able to track the package through singapost, but I would hardly call this a criticism.
Emailed the guys a couple of times and their response was great and prompt. Definitely a returning customer.
