The positives:
A backdrop arrived 9 days after ordering it.
The negatives:
Ordered the thin vinyl, but delivered polyester.
1. Where it's folded the print has come off, so white lines vertically and horizontally.
2. What look like drops of oily liquid across the whole fabric.
3. Totally different colour/design to the one on the website.
Have emailed and awaiting a response from the seller.
Pay more elsewhere and actually get something you can use.

I ordered a grey backdrop and it looks purple. The shipping took more than a month and I had to message several times to get a response. It came from China and I firmly believe their representative "Bella" isn't even a legit person.

I ordered 6 polyester and 2 vinyl backdrops. I paid extra for express shipping to get them before Christmas. My only issue was it took them a week to ship the package even though it said it was ready to ship 2 days after placing the order. I received everything that I ordered 4 days after it shipped, within the 3 – 5 day express window. All of my backdrops are beautiful and bright and I am so excited to use them. I set up a small shoot this past weekend with family to test them. I haven't processed the photos yet but so far am extremely happy with purchase.

I have been charged twice for same products and weeks later no sign of it. Can't speak to anyone and only able to message. I have requested full refund and order be cancelled but no confirmation yet. Do not buy from this company.

After finding the reviews on here I was not expecting anything to even arrive, so much so I鈥檇 completely forgotten about it until it came through the post.
Ordered on the 23rd November, received the 13th of December.
It鈥檚 really not a great product and certainly not representative of the image shown on the website. It鈥檚 blurred and the colours seem to all merge it into each other so the overall look is very distorted and not aesthetically pleasing. And I appreciate for the price you get what you pay for, but you should also – get what you paid for – and if you paid for the image shown on the site, you should get a realistic representation of that image.
I received a tracking number fine but please do not expect an accurate tracking dialogue. On one day it said the order had been shipped then several days later it would say 鈥減art of the shipment did not make it鈥?and it seemed to back track on the tracking and start all over again!
I鈥檝e been generous with 2 stars just because I held zero expectations it would actually ever arrive – so not much to say that it beat my expectations by posting SOMETHING to me ha.
I would suggest to heed all the reviews of everyone else before me, because it鈥檚 all accurate and a complete gamble as to whether you鈥檙e going to get anything and it鈥檚 a sure thing that if you do get something – it will not be what you wanted.
Customer service can not be called customer service, it鈥檚 either some poor soul on the other end with zero ability to help you or it鈥檚 a bot. Either way, all you will receive in correspondence from 鈥淏ella鈥?the bot/poor soul art the words 鈥渨ait a few more days鈥? That鈥檚 it, every time.

do not buy from this company its a company in china that makes out its in england , the back drops came and the colours were really bad , and the quailty of teh product was poor , when i went to send it back it had to be sent back to china and i had to pay the postage try claiming back through paypal

After 6 weeks and nothing happening I had to get a refund. Which was like pulling teeth.

Omg!!! This company is awful!!!! I just order 2 backdrops and when I went through payment said is not possible to proceed, so I did it again…same message. After I check my bank account I saw they charged me for 2 orders instead of one, so I paid double, they I start to chat with Bella, she said that I will have my refund, and also an email having proof that i paid and they placed the order, but nothing happened. Then I tried to contact her again, nobody responses, there is no phone number, nobody answer, i have no email saying that I paid or with tracking number. Nothing. I don't know what the hell to to anymore, i am super upset. I don't know what to do anymore.

I ordered two backdrop, one with shipping within 3-5 days as i wanted to be sure it arrived with lots of spare time for a specific job.
It didn't arrive!
Ive been emailing constantly but the only way I get a reply is if i forward the email trail back to the sales email not just reply.
I've asked for both orders to be refunded as they wont arrive in time for when i need them.
I've not heard anything so far on a refund.
This morning I had an email saying my order has been shipped.
It's totally pointless as ive had to order backdrops that will arrive this weekend!
Thankfully it looks like I can open a dispute the my bank and get a refund that way, but its unessaceraly wasted time when its a simple action for the company to take.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 3 backdrops September 12th. Shipping status has reflected as 鈥渞eady to ship鈥?since September 15th. It鈥檚 now October 16th and nothing has shipped. They legit steal your money and you get nothing. Their so called customer service advised I 鈥渟hould get it in December鈥? WORST SERVICE EVER! Please don鈥檛 give them your money.

I ordered two backdrops. Both featuring brick walls. Both 3m wide. One was absolutely fine, the other they had simply blown up the image to fit the width and so is totally unusable. After weeks of email exchanges with their customer services I'm giving up getting a refund and don't trust them enough to lose yet more money returning the package to them. I wish I'd seen these reviews before buying from them

NO NOT BUY!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! If I could attach a photo of what I received I would as its totally laughable. I ordered a extra large size and all they did was blow the design up to fit the size therefore the wall bricks looked like breeze blocks and the floorboards were over a foot wide!!

As anyone would know, there is always an opportunity for a mishap with the service or product of a company. The important thing is whether or not the company faces the issue and provide quality customer service.
Initially I was unhappy with my experience but, upon emailing the company, Bella responded very quickly (each time I sent correspondence). Bella took responsibility for the mix up and was very accommodating to resolve my issue. Every company needs the chance to make amends as I am sure their intentions are to be successful. I am very appreciative to Bella.

Ordered a backdrop a month ago. Nothing and 'Bella' sends you a google map shot of your own address and just sends you My Hermes number off Google, no tracking details cos there ARE no backdrops, it's just some scammer overseas very good with getting to the top of Google with SEO. I have contacted the authorities and my bank. PLEASE contact the Financial Conduct Authority ring Action Fraud and contact your bank immediately. You may be able to get this resolved with your banks Fraud Department. The more people report this company the more something will be done there are 70 negative reviews. They do NOT make backdrops and they are full-blown criminals. I'm taking it as far as I can. Please do the same

This has been the most frustrating customer service experience. Received our product and the wood paneling was in the wrong location. It is supposed to be along the bottom and it was along the side. I attempted to return the product if/when the company provided me a shipping label. I received numerous emails telling me they would not provide a shipping label. It was going to cost me $60 to ship it back and I only spent $100 on the product. Even though the company policy says they will provide a shipping label, they did not. The person I was emailing with seemed more interested in arguing with me then helping me. After I sent an email with a screen shot of the company policy, I was then BLOCKED from sending a response. All I wanted to do was return the product as I could not use it and they made it impossible for me to do. I will not ever order from this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. Poor business practice, poor customer service and the product is very low quality.

Contrary to other reviews, we received excellent service and first class product. Took 2 weeks to arrive from China but received tracking information after 1 week and could track over next days right up to Hermes delivery this morning. We are delighted!

I ordered backdrop on 18th August and it was written delivery in 15-20 days. But I got email with tracking no on 25th August . It means I can鈥檛 get before my birthday party and when I tried to track ,it鈥檚 all written in Chinese language . Just waste of time and money. It鈥檚 better to buy bit expensive one from Australia

The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! They just ignore you and refuse to process a refund just saying you need to wait more time for delivery! The delivery was supposed to be 15-20 days so I am now 4 x that and still waiting for something I fear will never arrive! Your better getting a backdrop off amazon!!!

Paid 90$ for an oversize (8ft x 15ft) black backdrop … that is actually two panels glued up together! Was surprised and disappointed but decided to keep them anyway. Figured I would digitally correct the pictures. Received the backdrop in April and couldn鈥檛 use it because of CoVid19 closure. It鈥檚 now useless: the black (that is from the beginning not as close as black as the picture) is significantly and unevenly discolored after only 2 times of use. Waste of money. Waiting for the owner to reply to my message. Will update the review to let you know how they handled it.
Update: the owner replied that since I received it in April, 3 months ago, it鈥檚 too late to do anything. Be aware: they consider the product is not suppose to last more than a few weeks… Oh! And they keep deleting my review from their website.
Update August 5th: owner offered to refund if I delete this review. Told her I will consider it when I have my money back.
Update August 12th: She asked again twice, stating she issued the refund.
August 16th: Finally received a refund.

I know that during COVID-19 these are disheartening times and you are probably getting a lot of angst from frustrated customers who don't understand how pandemic is affecting shipping. Hi im very disappointed concidering how long to took to get to me, I purchased this item on the 19th April 2020 I have only just received it, it is now 17 July 2020 that is almost 3 months, only to find when i opened the package that the back drop is unusable, it has deep sharp creases all over and heavy discoleration around every crease and the fabric is damaged on many of the areas where there is a crease, it looks like it has been sat some where for a long time and got damp,hense the discoleration of the fabric,have set up a dispute with PAYPAL to get my money back, DONT BUY FROM THEM, would have given no stars but unable to
