Needed a red line around plan and it excluded the house, on site plan once downloaded part of garden was missing. Attempted refund process, said I didn鈥檛 reply to emails even though my replies were in same thread. After 2 months gave up. AVOID THIS SITE.

Rubbish.
I need a red line plan.
The website appears to offer redline but when you order the PDF arrives with no red line.
Then the help service suggests you fill it in yourself.
Poor.

I have been trying to download a map I have paid for, the link won't work and the website constantly says it's generating a map, we have contacted customer services who merely send us an email stating to click on the link which doesn't work! We are now 12 days into the process and still have no map and will have to pay another 拢130 to the council to restart the whole process.

I searched for my property, then selected a scale.
At no point was I asked to confirm a specific map before purchasing.
It might seem obvious to Buy a Plan, but it is not obvious to the purchaser that the map displayed when searching for an address IS the exact map you will download. A confirmation prompt is all they need.
I know this must be true for other purchasers because it is listed as a common question on their contact page.
The refund process, once you've realised your mistake, is to purchase a new map, and then they will refund 70% of your incorrect purchase.
Not recommended.
