I ordered an item from this company, received emails that the order had been received and shipped and actually received a tracking number. 6 days after the package had been shipped FedEx (Through the Post Office) the postman showed up with a package that could not have been what I ordered (It was too small). There was a strange name listed as the recipient (Who did not live here) and the address was enough for it to come to my address but it was still not the address I had given for shipment. I refused the shipment and it was on it鈥檚 way back to the sender. The current status is that it is sitting at the Postal Delivery in Bell Gardens, CA. After emailing them 9-10 times and receiving no response I decided to go through my bank to get my money back. There is a claim and I have sent them all the information they need to take back the money from the credit card company BuuyExpress is/was using to be able to promote this scam, because they are a scam. I would suggest getting a new credit card and canceling the old number if anyone ordered anything from BuuyExpress because now they, whoever promoted this scam, has your credit card number and can use for their own personal gain.

BuuyExpress DOES look like a legit site. I was looking for a particular vacuum on google & BuuyExpress showed up as one of the options of available sellers for this particular vacuum. I narrowed down my options and selected BuuyExpress (stupidly) because they were selling it for about $5.00-$10.00 cheaper than anywhere else, so after inspecting the site (I am actually very careful, believe it or not) I decided to make my purchase through them, but after a week and still no tracking number?! I knew something was up! I had been immediately given a confirmation email from them the day I ordered on July 16th, as well as an email saying order fulfilled & to click on link included in that email to see tracking updates. -Tracking updates that never came bc they never shipped it! I attempted sending NUMEROUS times to send them emails to the email address that they provided on their site, only to have every email delivery attempt fail. I also used the message system on their site where they claim to get back to you within 36 hours which also NEVER happened after MANY, MANY, MANY messages sent to them! I called the number on their site and it went straight to a robotic message that said NOTHING about it even belonging to BuuyExpress. Here it is now being August 2nd – still no responses to ANY of the many ways that I have tried to contact them. My order still says fullfilled on their site, but under the tracking area it also STILL shows NOTHING. I just got off of the phone with my banks FRAUD DEPARTMENT who is now going after them for me! DO NOT TRUST THIS VERY DECEIVING SITE! Someone obviously spent a lot of time making sure that this site appeared & behaved legit…at least up to the point of actually sending out your purchase! And that's the hook! Next I will be contacting Google. There will be no BuuyExpress when I am finished with them! I hope anyone else who has been taken advantage of by these fraudsters will also be able to get thier money back like I will be AFTER my bank is done with their investigation. Scammers & thieves are the scum of the earth! LESSON/TAKE AWAY: Going through all of this I now realize that I actually would have GLADLY paid up to a whopping $50.00 MORE for this vacuum through any of the other sellers that were well known & reputable – just for the peace of mind – KNOWING without a doubt that my purchase would arrive & arrive in a timely manner. And even in a worse case scenario where it didn't show up in a timely manner with one of the reputable sellers…at least I would be able to reach SOMEONE to remedy the situation! Saving $5.00 was SOOOOO NOT WORTH IT! I am going on the 3rd week now without a vaccum bc the day all of this started my vacuum broke! Sooo much worse than just deciding a new vacuum would be nice. Uuuuugh!

Seems like a legit site, but their support email doesn't work and there phone number is a Google generated number nobody answers. If you order from them, they'll take your money and you won't receive anything.
