Paid 拢330 for two Pink Tickets – never received email confirmation, no phone number on website, no reply to emails – DO NOT purchase from this Company – luckily I paid by credit card so got a refund from them!

It's all been said, it's a SCAM site and you have zero hope of getting your tickets. Luckily the bank have refunded us our money and super lucky to get tickets from StubHub which came the day before the Pink concert so we still got to see her. Top tip DO NOT use Button go to StubHub, a genuine resell ticket site.

My teen daughter saved up and bought two Pink tickets as a birthday gift for me.. took hard work and effort to afford the 拢330 when you are that young but as with others, Button Tickets scammed her. Totally vile and disgusting human beings that I hope Karma destroys. It's not just about the money, it's the disappointment and heartache companies like this leave behind! Site still up and running so hopefully people will see all these reviews and not give them another penny!

Same thing here, paid back in January for my tickets and was still waiting for them to arrive but with no hope after seeing the reviews on here. Gutted that it is a scam so how do we go about getting our money back from these criminals.

I brought tickets to see Pink in February or so I thought I had, when I hadn't received them i went on their website, I couldn't log into my account, I didn't receive my reset emails, or a response to my complaint, still not tickets and I read all the reviews of people in the same position. A SCAM and they are still trading and the site looks legitimate.

Ordered Pink Tickets (x4) no tickets for us either! Total ripoff…they dont respond to emails, password reset does nothing, no phone number…..complete dishonesty! Thanks for nothing Button!!

I鈥檓 absolutely devastated. Brought 2 tickets for pink 30th At Wembley 拢330 and yep they鈥檙e not here. This was a present for my 8year olds birthday, was going to be her first ever concert. I鈥檓 a struggling single mum and so had saved like mad and even friends chipped in for us. My daughter has loved pink since she was 2 so for her it鈥檚 absolutely heartbreaking.
There must be something we can do ?

Scam site – 4 tickets for Pink at Wembley… no tickets, no contact. Children devastated…Am trying Barclays to see what they can do…. never been scammed before, how easy was this from a professional looking site…

We paid 拢340 in good faith for 2 tickets to see Pink at Wembley stadium 30th June.. And no surprises for guessing, our money was taken, but like everyone else, we have no tickets and you do not respond to emails or passwords reset requests.
We never meant to use your site but somehow we're redirected when we viewed the seating plan. I've taken advice from our bank and local Trading Standards, but you are based in Madrid, Spain. There is no telephone number and you are making it very difficult for people,like the rest you have scammed and stolen from to contact you by any means. You even have a "sale" on today. I will do what I can to retrieve my money, but readi g some reviews on Trust Pilot, you have done so much more damage than financial. You will never be forgiven or be able to put that right. I will be looking forward to contacting European Consumer Services and I will carry on, until you are accountable for the bad practice and misleading behaviour which is the truth and what is actuly happening, rather than the claims and clauses and the fact that you are still trading. I want my money back and I want you stopped. You are in the business of causing misery and worry to people, and that Button Seating, Madrid, Spain, cannot be allowed to happen. Some people will find the whole experience devastating and very difficult to get over. So button up your site and go and find a proper job. BUTTON SCAM..NO SEATS

Can't even give NO stars which this fraudulent company, if you can call it that, needs! Hubby and my kids bought me 2 tickets to Pink for 30th June and have been waiting on tickets for weeks. Emailed and emailed, no response. Got back from Dubai early from a trip so we can go see her and now no tickets! I only decided to google the company to see if it was legit, as hubby bought the tickets back in March. So disappointed I can't even think! Luckily we haven't booked hotels or anything yet but we were planning our whole weekend around this event. Do NOT buy tickets, how is this website even allowed to still trade. We will be sending info to Spain, which is where the "company" is registered, and contacting fraud action asap. The only trouble is hubby paid with a bank account that has since been closed and can't prove the transaction for sure, despite having a confirmation email etc. Please spread the word about this scam company asap on social media, and make other people aware!

Cannot believe I have fallen for this !!! 拢555 for 3 tickets for Pink on 29th June. 3 days after booking in April I was suspicious but try to think the better of people. Absolute scumbags! Luckily didn鈥檛 book any travel or hotels in London as really had no faith they would turn up. Fraud team from credit card on it now ?

Same as the others, had 2 tickets booked for Pink on June 30th, no tickets, no response email, can't log in to website. It was a graduation gift for my daughter and I, after I had not seen her for 1.5 years. Feeling crushed and beyond disappointed.

I have purchased w tickets for pink concert value 拢280 for 30th June and still haven't rec'd the tickets despite numerous emails and have had no response. I will try and speak to my bank but this is looking very much like a fraudulent company ?

As others have been saying, opportunist criminals taking people鈥檚 money and not providing anything in return.

We paid with a debit card so you can log a dispute with your bank , bank should refund you straight away and they go after the fraudsters .

We are disappointed not to be going to see Pink this Sunday , but we have our 拢400 back … talk to your bank, Halifax were really sympathetic.

SCAM. Spent 拢400 on Pink tickets for this Saturday 29th but never received the tickets and very much doubt I will by looking at the comments and the fact that they have no contact details. The bank is looking into this fraudulent activity and hopefully something is done. It鈥檚 sickening to think 1. I鈥檓 not going to see Pink after many years of being a big fan and only finding this out 2. Being scammed for money that a lot of people don鈥檛 have spare.
