My son and my boyfriend gave me the money for my birthday to order a wolf hoodie,I ordered it on march 3rd 2017 so I would have by march 14th.now it is April 28th and I don't have my merchandise,all I get is the runaround and the same reply to many orders and the had to buy new machines.i silkscreened by hand and by machine it don't take that long to fix a screen

I placed an order with butterflytrade.com. on 09/01/2016, they received my money and was promised the product in 2 weeks. After waiting 4 weeks I inquired about my order and they replied that they had an increase in orders and were not able to keep up with demand. Several more weeks later I have again my inquiry and been told the same rhetoric and now I will place on the priority list, still without the merchandise.
