I ordered a Jawbone headset on march 25,2009. On March 27 I recieved a e-mail stating my item would be shipped on March 31, after a week I inquired an was told they would put a trace on it. Finally on April 11th it arrived. On the same day I received at trace e-mail from USPS stating it was not shipped until April 9. To top it off the unit was defective. I sent several e-mails with no responce. After I posted a bad review on line, only then did I hear from them. They accused me of being intolerant of their religon, because it was passover and they were closed and said they would not allow me to return it unless I retracted my review. I am angry and insulted they would bring religon into this.It has been the worse on line shopping experience I have ever encountered. Aliph was much more pleasant and has agreed to replace my headset. I would encourage others not to shop butmobile.com if they want a pleasant shopping experience
