We have been in legoland and they did charge me the tickets twice. I said to them that the charge was gone thrue as I get a message immediatly from the bank. It was a saturday and they said that by monday the money will be back. We were still in Billund monday and the money was not yet in the bank. So I went to information desk and they changed the time to 7 or 10 days. Now it鈥檚 been 14 days and my 2575kr are still not in my bank. They said that their new system was making those mistakes so it was not the first time that happens for them. They did not even have any form to fill out as a proof that they will make a case and work on it. I have only my bad quality receipts which can be erased any time. Now I have write to the and their automatic answer says that will take for them to answer about 10 days. It is incredible how bad and not serious this company is.

Lightinthebox.com miniinthebox.com are promissing 30 dyas deleverytime. After 40 days I am asking for my products. They answer 60 days. After 60 days I am asking for my products. They answer that it takes time.
