I can hardly believe the ineptitude of this store. I ordered a bed almost one month ago, they have taken my money, and I have yet to have it delivered. I also paid for delivery. Every time I try to contact the store, I wait hours on the phone. To no avail. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. But, for me, is the worst and I regret every minute I made the choice to give them my money and put my confidence in them. I can only believe that the management have no notion how to run a business.

I do apologize for writing in English, but I am so annoyed I cannot even get the spelling correctly in French. I've ordered washing machine and oven on the 20/10 in shop. The paper given to me said it will all be delivered on the 25/10. The washing machine came and not the oven. I've asked the delivery person he said he does not know. Called the shop who told me they don't have it in stock and don't know when it will be delivered. When I went to the actual shop on the 20/10 I specifically asked if the model we choose will be delivered fast. The man checked and said it will definitely come on 25/10. We would have taken another model if we knew this is not the case even if it would have been more expensive. Since the 25/10 I call every 3 days. On Monday I could not even get to a human to speak with – I understand a busy day. On Tuesday I was told that it will come on Friday the 2nd of November. Called to confirm on Thursday and the lady told me she has no such information. She then passed me to another man who said that he has 40(yes 40!!!!) available and it will definitely come on Friday. I called on Friday about 4pm to be told again that its not available and they don't know when it will come. I explained calmly at this stage that I have 2 children and take time off work especially to be home for delivery just to be told that the dates given are only approximation. When I asked what would approximation be more less? A week? A month? The person kept repeating the same thing – 'Its only approximation'. Non-existent customer service, not even a sorry! I gave up as I had to buy some food that does not require cooking for my children. Then called again on Saturday the 3rd of November. I have been passed directly to the person that 'sold me the oven' I was told. Who then again said that he does not understand and will pass me back to the counter as they are available. The line cut me off. I called again – before I even finished explaining I was passed to the same man and it cut off again. It did it 5 times! Until I just gave up again and asked my partner to call. When she called the person confirmed delivery on the 9th of November. I called to confirm on Monday the 5th and again I was told that the don't know anything about my delivery! I phoned my wife at work to ask if she was sure thats what they said and she confirmed back to me that this is the case. She said she will call herself. She said that she spoke with a man she was passed to that re-confirmed the 9th of November. Today – the 9th of November I called in the morning to confirm and was told that there are non in stock and there is no delivery date!!!!!! While I was on the phone my wife txt me that she had a message left that its available and we can pick it up in store on Tuesday!!!! I called 6 times as either the lady was putting the phone down on me or the line was disconnecting. I am not sure….. Finally a different – clearly young lady answered and called the man to the phone so I dont get disconnected. Eventually I did not get to speak with him as the same lady as previous taken the call and started telling me that they can deliver on Tuesday. Whatever I said she just kept repeating herself. I got so annoyed I told them I would like a refund. She than told me I need to come to the shop to get it. I have 2 kids and a full time job, I do not drive and the shop is and hour bus ride for me. I asked if this cannot be done via phone and she said no. I than said that I did this in the past in other shops and she just kept repeating that I have to come to the shop. I lost my patience and asked for a manager. Who than kindly provided me her email address so that I can send my rib to get refund. My wife will go to the shop tonight anyway so try to speak with someone and get this sorted as we do need a oven ASAP. If they can deliver fast and promiss that this time it will actually come when they say it will we will wait. Otherwise my wife has the card we paid with and will ask for refund!
I have never seen such bad customer service. I lost days of work and had to throw out food that we could not freeze. My children did not have a proper meal other than in a restaurant or at friends place in 3 weeks!
