My 2020 Toyota Sienna XLE is the third vehicle I have bought from Bussani since 2011, and each time the experience has been excellent. No hassles from the time I talked with a sales person to the time the vehicle was delivered to my door. No hassles in transferring my set of hand controls and my 6-way seat to the new vehicle, and minor glitches have been taken care of quickly and satisfactorily. Questions, especially with the advanced navigation and audio systems have been answered completely. Bussani has maintained its reputation for caring for its customers, and I'm happy to be one of them.

I can鈥檛 say enough about Bussani and how I have been treated by them. Their salesperson,
Jordan Leichter, maintained weekly contact with me through both telephone calls and emails for over a year while I fought with my insurance company to get them to pay for ramp installation in the 2017 Honda I wanted to purchase. Finally, I prevailed, and purchased the car with the ramp from Jordan. And the insurance company paid for the ramp.
Since that time I have dealt with first, Darcy, and now Ben in their service department. I was having an issue with my power steering leaking fluid, and the car was at Bussani several times to fix the problem, however the noise on startup and the leak continued. Ben, himself, along with a technician came out to my house so that they could actually hear the noise for themselves. As a result, the car went back to Bussani to be fixed. And it was.
In the two years since I purchased my car, there has only been one misunderstanding, and, (thank you, Dan Walsh). it was corrected fairly quickly. So, despite the fact that there are several mobility dealerships closer to where I live, I will continue to be loyal to Bussani Mobility. They have gone out of their way to make sure that I am a satisfied customer, and I am!!

It took well trained/knowledgeable service/repair staff to locate the problem with the lift & the electrical connections and get them back in working order. If you can't walk and use a mobility device, if you have no other means of transportation, Bussani is the place to buy your modified vehicle and/or handle the upkeep.

Bussani Mobilty is a unique auto resource for people with substantial mobility issues. They specialize in hand controls, sliding seats, and especially ramp vans for handicapped drivers or passengers. We bought a used Chrysler van with a side ramp that was exactly what we needed.
