There has been nothing but really good results from this site. For me, the search engine returns a much higher number of relevant hits than other. The UI is smooth and easy.
They have not tried swindling me, tricking me or spamming me. I give this site solid green. It's a favorite.
UPDATE: Been using for weeks. There is nothing wrong with this site. These two guys yelling, "SCAM" have been posting this same message all over other job sites and, no surprise, the links they give don't exist.
Another person rates the site as dangerous because he gets a pop-up??? when he brings up the site? WTF? All free sites advertise and pop things up. I don't want to be warned from a site because I'll get a pop-up.
And then finally the guy that declares this a "sleaze site" because they advertise, you know, kind of like Google, Monster, Yahoo …
I am losing faith in WOT as a useful tool because it's overrun by people who don't understand what its purpose is.
