Their TocWatch is a complete disaster that won't keep it's time for more than a day, their TocLite torch/lamp feels bulkier than it needs to be, but most fustrating is they won't sell to railway employees directly. This is a bummer where TOC's won't or unable to purchase certain items. But that watch is a serious let down.
