Very disappointing service. My flight was cancelled by the airline and I terms of their own policy I was due a voucher for the full cost of the ticket which can be used on any future travel. Business-Class has been unable / refused to provide the voucher. I had 3 other airline tickets which I had booked directly through the airline and had no issues getting vouchers. Manager has failed to return calls as promised.

My wife and I were scheduled to take a tour of Italy beginning May 2. we bought our tickets in December and were satisfied with the process. Tour company cancelled tour on March 30. Began to make calls to cancel non-tour reservations. Everyone was accommodating. Except for B-C. They insisted no cash refunds because airlines were only offering vouchers. BTW, the voucher had to be used within a year of booking. I explained the US government restrictions, Italy is shut down and no one is predicting when this will end. So, you are going to give me a 3 month window to go somewhere at a time I don't want to go? Nuts!
Then the CEO sends a blast email to everyone in the same boat telling us to take it or leave it. And don't bother to contest the charge through your credit card company or sue them. "Don't waste your time. it only creates more work and negativity for everyone involved."
Then, last Friday, the US Dept of Transportation issued an order telling the airlines they will be giving refunds. I hope that doesn't cease more work or negativity for this company with terrible customer service.

Just got back from the US thanks to Adam. He was brilliant and after having to rearrange my flights twice due to cancellations, I cannot recommend them highly enough. As per previous comments, it is like having your own personal travel advisor. He even booked my seats for me. Great job, I will definitely book through this company for future travel

I would not trust this company at all, they told me I could not get refunds when flights were canceled amidst the corona virus, even though the British airways website said I definitely could. I was also told if I wanted a voucher it would take 90 days, when on the British airways site it said 7 days. If I could put 0 star rating I would.

After Air Italy went bankrupt, I reached out to Ribz at Business-Class to help me re book my trip. He listened to my needs and very patiently gave me several options. He answers the phone, no voice mail here. This is similar to working with a 5 star hotel concierge. Then the dreaded CV hit and Ribz worked with me to get me a total refund. Definitely using this service in the future. Highly recommend.

Honestly, when I first (literally) stumbled upon Business-Class.com I was pretty sure it was a scam. I was connected with Luke Gordon who assured me they were legit and proceeded to guide me through getting Business Class tickets for a trip I made in Feb., 2020.
He booked me from LAX to Florence, Italy with a stop in Zurich. The second leg was Florence to Nantes, France, changing planes at CDG. Two weeks later I returned home to LAX from Nantes via CDG. I was expecting to get pulled off or have my tickets canceled at every stop but, to my amazement, every flight was just PERFECT!
Luke had to hold my hand and walk me through every step but he did a Masterful Job and I cannot thank him enough. Final Thought: Business-Class.com is my go-to company for any and all Business Class flights. I'm Sold!!!!!!

If it could be less than 1, it would be! Booked airfare for a BIG trip to South Africa for a photo safari. Because of the COVID-19 crisis, the trip was cancelled. When I contacted the for a refund, they told me $800 cancellation fee would have to be charged up front, then I would get a refund of $4,600. Called airlines, and the cancellation fee was TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. and would be deducted from my refund, which was, after the fee, $4,400. So these people wanted me to give them $800 ON TOP of the fare of $4,600, in order to get back $4,600. SERIOUSLY? I feel SO bad for the people who trust these folks. NEVER again for me!

Max is a life saver!!!!! I was about to lose thousands of $s on BC flights, but Max worked his magic, and I now have to only pay a small penalty for cancelling!!!
He has worked overtime for me , and I sooooooooooo appreciate it!!! I will continue to book my BC tkts through him!

In all this mess of cancelled flights, changed flights and the ship s not being allowed to berth in any countries or the Islands, Maria Flores did an outstanding job in getting us mew flights to the USA and despite all the horrible connections, we were able to reach Miami at a reasonable hour on Sunday,
