They will attempt to take money out of your account after cancelling the renewal. Twice they have sent emails relating to this after I cancelled my annual subscription. This is a waste of time and money. Buyer beware!!

BUSINESS IN A BOX SCAM!!!!

Tried the free demo but it was not working no terms and conditions were presented clearly.

I decided to pay for the software as it had a 30 day money back guarantee. That's when it looked like a Scam! I'm in NZ and the templates were USA based and not applicable to me. Therefore I filled out the refund form sent an email trying to get my refund and they then sent terms saying if I activated it then fat chance for a refund basically. Underhand tactics for a genuine customer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Just an update still trying to fight for my refund and dealing with Mary J. Smith, the responses are drawn out and still refusing to refund me at this stage – very frustrating but I will keep this site updated.
