Saw the is Trustpilot a Scam article – the writer without identifying themselves ended the piece

This is suspicious, how is it possible a dot co dot uk business matters website posts an article only about US companies.
And how could the writer not see that much of what they wrote was not researched by looking at the reality of Trustpilot.
