I booked a Thomas Cook premium flight from London to Capetown 2 days ago with this company. I paid nearly 拢1800 which was cheaper than BA. I checked the Thomas Cook site a few hours later and discovered I could get the same flight for 拢1029. When I complained to the company they said that this happens all the time, I would not be able to book at this price. This was not true. I went through the booking procedure online and on the phone up to payment, obviously I did not want to pay for another flight. In my experience, rather than 50% off as advertised, you will pay nearly double.
