I ordered items from Spares Plus via Amazon just before lockdown. I missed the delivery and asked via courier for them to be redelivered to my office, and assumed this would have happened. After returning to my office for the first time in months, it seems the redelivery did not take place. I understand that something must have gone wrong in the process, but Spares Plus refuse to even look into it because it鈥檚 been over 3 months. I can only conclude that they do not care about their customers, and so I鈥檇 advise you to be wary about making yourself one of them.
