An Uber eats order
I have always maintained that the Westfield branch is the best but Ithink because I live in Sw6 this branch doesnt deliver to me – logistics, I get it.
I definately will not be ordering from the Kings Road Branch EVER again. Its always hit and miss and tonight was definately a miss night.
An absolute waste of money even with a discount code this was overpriced.
I dont know who cooked but it definately wasn't a chef. This is another down side to the 10pm closing. Rushed food because they are trying to get as many orders in before closing. There was not one ounce of seasoning in my beef noodle dish!

Chelsea, Beaufont Street : this is the 2nd time I have been to this branch, and I thoroughly enjoyed the umbience of this restaurant.

The rice bowl was delicious and a good sized portion. The other food ordered by my colleagues also looked and tasted fantastic too.

The service here was lovely and I would recommend eating here.

Not nice food. Felt ill after having the cold chicken satay. In retrospect, should have sent it all back. What I ate had nothing to do with Thai food. So if you want fast casual Thai food, this wouldn't be my first choice. My co-diners explained that it used to be decent, but sensed changes that have impacted food and service quality. To be fair, 2 co-diners had a salad which they said wasn't bad. Hence my 2 stars vs one.

I looooved Busaba until they increased the Thai calamari (AGAIN) to 拢8. That鈥檚 where we drew a line and never been since. Guys I reeeally want to go but you make it really hard for me to justify going anymore. Busaba remains a chain with average service. We don鈥檛 come for the interior or the service, no disrespect, it鈥檚 purely for the food so 拢80 for 2 without alcohol or dessert makes it much harder to turn up as much as we鈥檇 like – or at all. And we r both professional making a descent living. It is so sad that it got to a tipping point in the cost value balance that it makes it not worth it anymore. We鈥檒l miss you guys!

Well the only good thing about the restaurant was the f貌od. To be honest I could eat the same food at any restaurant. As for the SERVICE??? what service absolutely disgusting. Was completely none existent. To the extent that after getting no response from the so called waiting staff as to where missing starters and trying to order drinks and receiving them half an hour later. Well we just gave up after that. The manager was actually the worst in customer service. So when we eventually got our bill we then had to have the missing meals removed from the receipt. And I told them to remove the SERVICE charge as we had no SERVICE of any kind. Thank you Busaba for ruining what should of been an enjoyable evening! Never stepping a toe in there again.

1star is too much!

Your manager at the Westfield whitecity is rude he refused to provide his name. I suggest some customer service skills. I will be sending a picture of alledged manager to your head office. No wonder it was quiet in there today .

1 food long to come out
2 when I came out food was bland and one of the dishes clearly had have the portion of the other one
3 drinks were not brought out
4 the air con was blasting that patrons sat there eating with coats on
5 poor rude management – perhaps he needs reminding your in the 鈥榮ervice industry鈥?br />

This branch won鈥檛 be seeing my custom again

Went to the Kingston restaurant and was extremely disappointed. Took 5 minutes to be noticed and sat down even though countless members of staff walked past and it wasn鈥檛 busy. Then took 20 mins to order drinks, asked 3 members of staff including a manager- all of which told us they鈥檇 get someone over instead of taking the order themselves. Staff were slow and in their own world, portions were small and cold. Won鈥檛 be returning

Reported my complaint already last week , after getting in touch with the Senior General Manager of the branch , i did not even get an outcome of it.

Time for excuses is up and clearly i can tell that i will not go in that branch obviously for the service and management unfair treatment and skills.

Was at the Busaba in the O2. After ordering and waiting 45 mins, the waitress tells us 4 out of the 6 dishes we ordered are not available. They couldn't tell us right after we ordered?

Also, what kind of Thai restaurant has NO rice available??? Staff was rude too.

On top of that, after complaining on Twitter, whoever manages the account asks you to send an email, make you do more work and aggravate the customer by asking to email them despite all giving all the details on Twitter.

Poor experience.
