I ordered a 3xl overcoat yesterday 3 Sept and received it today 4 Sept, yes I paid a little extra for next day delivery 拢3.50.
The coat is absolutely excellent a real fit well made an extreme bargain. Thanks Burtons you exceeded my high expectations.

Great clothing and it actually fits! Delivery was a little slow but given the current circumstance that is fine.

I am happy with burtons, its easy to shop on their website, I really like the fact they have a model which shows his height i.e 6foot 1, this is perfect as sometimes I am a large and other times I am a medium. This system of the model height helps me work out if something will be too big or small

I have just been into my local Burton Store in the Merry Hill Shopping Centre and received some appaulling customer service. I purchased some trousers to wear to work for 拢20 to find they were the wrong size, I returned to the store today hoping to exchange them and in all honesty the assistant did try and help me to find the correct size however a few minutes later I was told they did not have my size and I could order them online, after checking she discovered they were also out of stock online and she could not guaranteed when they would arrive. So I was about to receive a refund when the manageress intervenes, she then removed my trousers out of the carrier bag and this is where my exprience went down hill. I was asked why I took the label off, Erm….. because I did not expect to return them, I asked if this was a problem, she then went on and said have you worn these, seems like you have worn them for more than an average time. I explained they don't fit me so its impossible for me to wear them other then trying them on. It gets worse, I can see pressure marks on the trousers from the iron. At this point, I lost it as firstly they had NOT been ironed, so I am being accused of a liar. I refuse to accept this and she referred me to a number on the receipt to go away and call. I contacted the customer services who apologised and said they would take care of the refund online and I would need to send pictures. The manageress then pointed in my face and said stop lying I heard you on the phone tell them I was rude. I made her aware she was the reason I was irate and she tells me to calm down then and go away like you've been told by customer services. I Made it crystal clear to her I would get a refund and its not about the 拢20 its the principal behind HER POOR service and accusing me of ironing the trousers. I have since contacted customer services again and requested she calls me to apologies and hopefully learns from this. Customer services have advised me they will contact her regional manager and they will arrange for me to have a refund. I've suggested having a refund in the store and also I will be leaving the 拢20 in the store and returning the trousers I simply need the manageress to understand I have no reason to firstly lie and secondly they are 拢20. I'm not one to leave reviews, However I felt the need to make put this out there. I'm looking forward to returning when she is in store.

Not happy at all with my purchase from burtons, items were in stock when I ordered, ordered 2 items to make an outfit and they only sent one saying other was out of stock. when i queried this I was told they went to get the item from the warehouse and it wasn't available! Wasn't informed about the missing item until I picked up the remaining part of the order from the store, when the packing list showed it as out of stock. Staff in the store couldn't smile either! I'm still awaiting a reply from my email complaint 3 days ago…

I orders a whole load of items from burton on Saturday, it's now tuesday and everything was delivered at 9am! Now that's service!

Everything was just as I ordered too! Which is rare for a company of that size to do! I usually have at least 1 item wrong when I order so much in one go!
