It was a pleasure dealing with an awesome team at BurstSMS. Dealing with Rohit was like having a colleague sitting right next to you, he helped us on every step of the way.
The technical support team was able to quickly resolve all our queries with the API integration with Flow XO. The API is superb! It enabled us to do advanced workflow integation that met our client's needs.

This is a blatant money grab!!!
We would be more than happy to pay an appropriate fee for cancellation and refund (even up to $50), as we understand that all administrative tasks take time but to offer no refunds is disgraceful – what if we had $1000 in credit?!
Be sure to read their T&C's very carefully!

Web interface is dated and not all that intuitive. Could do with some improvements and additional features eg customisation of reports, addition of response time-out and visual dashboards

I won't recommend Burst SMS, they have questionable business ethics. They start off by giving free credits, after paying, they ban you from using their services.

Burst SMS is a messaging system, I used it for other non-work related messaging. What is unacceptable is the demand from Burst SMS to remove this comment so that an unban will be given. This is absurd as Burst SMS customer service is incompetent, which is why I did not remove the above comment.

As mentioned above, BurstSMS support staff is incompetent. Users should be notified when their account is banned and that credits are refunded. This just shows poor and terrible business ethics on BurstSMS end. I strongly believe that regardless a user is banned or not, BurstSMS will still take about the same duration to respond.

I was ignored by Burst SMS, called the bank and Burst SMS has not refunded me! 2 days ago I had an e-invoice from Burst SMS saying my virtual number was renewed. This supports my inference that Burst SMS did not refund me. As mentioned above, they do have questionable business ethics. Do take note

Would be good to export with customer reference numbers that were uploaded alongside mobile numbers though without the API having to be used.
Pricing is very competitive.

Only drawback is limitation of 160 characters per SMS, but it teaches you to be concise!

Signed up & found that MMS was a separate product, however u add credit & create contacts in the other portal. Initial send required manual review – fair enough, understandable.
However creating the MMS campaign & scheduling/sending requires manual review for each & every campaign. Needed to send 6 different campaigns & you are locked out from creating the next until they manually review that last.
