Got a chr from here only done 3k in miles and now told I need to spend over 拢500 on it to fix 3 areas that need emergency action. None of the staff care or can鈥檛 advise why after such short mileage why the work needs doing. Just advise not there issue and for me to fix. Been a customer for 8 years and bought 13 cars, just shows the loyalty lives with the customers and not the company

visited a few garages over last two days with our daughter. Ended up buying a Toyota hybrid Dynamic from Toyota in Worksop today.
The salesman Josh was excellent with a wealth of knowledge and very pleasant. He seemed to go that extra mile without being pushy.
His Manager Michael was also very friendly and pleasant as was the lady receptionist who made us very welcome.
Will definitely make this garage showroom our first choice when we buy our next car.

Having previously bought a car from Burrows Toyota in Sheffield, I returned recently to express my intention to seek a newer vehicle, originally considering a hybrid vehicle.
I found the salesperson Chris to be very helpful in identifying several options open to me, and contacting me when a suitable vehicle arrived. He put across some very practical views on purchase of a hybrid or a standard petrol engine car, and in doing so, helped me to narrow down the choice of cars. When I saw a car that was available in another local Burrows dealership, Chris arranged to have the car delivered to the local showroom so I could take it for a test drive. We ended up purchasing the vehicle, it was within the budget I had in mind, was exactly as described and met all our needs as a family.
Overall I found that Burrows Toyota took great care to understand what we wanted, and took a very "no-pressure" sales approach. At no point did I feel under pressure to make a particular choice and was very pleased with the outcome.

Asked for a quote on 4 tyres today 25/02/19 2pm on live chat still have not had any reply very bad service for a reputable company,
was thinking about buying a new Toyota later this year but this as put me off.

Purchased a Rav 4 hybrid today, from Burrows Toyota Sheffield. After seeing the vehicle online I called in and talked to a chap called Warren. I can honestly say, he couldn't do enough to help he is a fantastic guy and honest (which these days is quite rare in a sales rep!) I would recommend him & Burrows to anyone.
All I can only say that my time spent with Burrows has been nothing but great. Great customer service and 2nd to none i'd say. A good team, thank you to all at Sheffield.

I recently purchased a second-hand Toyota from Burrows Motor Company, Toyota dealer in Sheffield, UK. The service was very good: the sales rep, Sergio, was helpful, patient, and polite.
