Worst shopping experience I have had in a long time:
Make sure you read the refund policy carefully as it sets the tone:
1- no refund of original shipping costs or return shipping costs
2- you can return an item if it鈥檚 unsuitable but it has to be…unopened!! Ironically, the items I received were wrapped in dirty bits of paper and shipped in a damaged box.
3- if you do not find the quality of an item satisfactory, the vendor will argue with you because 鈥渨e have sold many of them and this complaint has never come up before.鈥?
In the emails we exchanged, I was disturbed by the vendor鈥檚 dismissiveness and desperation to hold on to money which were quite far from the small business/quirky shop/fluffy rabbit 鈥渕arketing鈥?vibe of the website. What a disappointment !
