A few months ago I ordered a laser kit for $249.00 and when I did not receive a confirmation in two days, I sent them an email wanting to cancel my order and I was told the shipment was on the way but once I received it I would be given instructions on how to return it.

When I received the instructions for the return, I was told that I needed to return it to China and that they could not accept the return here in the United States. So at a cost of $145.00 I shipped it to China via Fedex. When they received it they issued me a credit minus the following charges: "Please notice that there will be some return fee you need to bear if the return is for subject factor. Returned packages for restocking fee($10), handling fee($15) and shipping cost $10(we shipped to you from US warehosue)cost $35 for each laser set. So you will need to cover $35 totally, we will issue you refund $224 in 1-2 days."

This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a retailer. If you value your sanity, DO NOT order anything from this company.

Since my last review I did get a laser from them 2 weeks later, it was D. O. A. And I can't get anyone to answer my emails. Yaaaaaaay online shopping…

On 8/25/2020 I ordered a laser pointer for $259.00. After I ordered the product, and did not hear from the company for a couple of days with a confirmation, I decided to cancel my order.

On 8/27/2020 I sent an email cancelling my order. Within 4 hours I received this response:
"I am sorry to miss to give you a confirmation.
You package have been sent out yesterday. It is on the way now."

On 8/29/2020 I received the following email from the company:
"I am sorry, the package is intransit now. When you received the package, pls contact me, and we will tell you how to return it back."

On 8/31/2020 I received the package and asked them for a return authorization. Here is the email I received from them with regard to returning the item:
"If return, you will need to return it to our China factory. Our US warehouse does not accept return as they have no ability to test if the item returned is still suitable for sale. And you have to bear the return fee.
Is that ok for you?"

Note: There was no mention on their website about their return policy and the fact that the purchaser will have to return it to China and incur the expense.

I returned the item to China at a cost of $145.00 plus a restocking fee($10), and handling fee($15). I am out $170.00 dollars.

Caveat Emptor!

This company is not in any way shape or form ethical!

It's a money grab. Buy anything and make a sandwich because you will be waiting a long, long time. Prices are great also, nothing like NOT getting a laser you paid $500 for.

They do not fulfill orders, non online address, non physical address, phone number down. They will string you along saying "It Shipped" but every email and tracking number they offered is bogus. I have contact the FBI

The laser pointer I ordered was not delivered by the post office and sent back to the sender. I have the tracking to prove it. I asked for it to be reshipped or refunded. Neither occurred and all emails ignored.

I ordered a laser from this site for about $300 and never received the product. The phone number for customer service is fake; the email posted is also fake.
What amazes me is that this is the best, fake site I have ever seen. Complete with a login system, complete pictures of products, integrated order status checkability, and even videos from reviewers posted.

Seriously, I feel like I got banged from behind without lubricant. This is why I generally don't buy from outside of Amazon and eBay.

So i ordered a 200mw purple laser pointer and was really exicted and was waiting for it all week. They promise 1-4 days free shipping.i ordered it on monday. It is now thrusday late at night and no laser came in 4 days! So i checked thetracking and it says pre shipment usps did not get the itme yet. So i contacted burning laser pointers with a email to see why i never got my item and they dont respond to emails. So i did more research on them and the address and phone number they have listed on there website is fake. They also have been reported as scammers. Sad i was scammed 24$

Fell victim. Thought they were legit. Got scammed. Never shipped laser ordered. Phone and address listed are fake and B.S.
Don't buy from them!!!!
