WHY on earth would a department store remove the option for people to shop online? Especially during Christmas season and a pandemic? Encouraging customers to physically go to their local stores and shop. Again, during Christmas season and a pandemic! The logic in this must be invisible. I used to love this store but, sadly, I am not sure if ill ever spend my money there again. I am shocked and disappointed!

I have been shopping at several Burlington Coat Factory stores since they reopened after covid and am very impressed with the customer service. They have great management which really seems to support their employees which are very helpful.

I have had a gift card for your store for 3 months! YOU are the only damn company not open!? Whyl burlington. When the fyck are you gonna open you have q lot of angry and pissed off people and tbh people might not come back even after or when you decide to open. You're slow on this qnd late. You must be rich enough to stay closed this long. Good for you rich people can do like that. If i could give zero stars i would.

If you are considering getting a credit card with Burlington. DON'T walk away …RUN AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! I was charged a late fee for paying on the due date. When I called to ask why I was assessed a late fee, I was told "You paid on the right date, but your payment came in after our cutoff hour". Who is looking at the cutoff hour, when you're trying to pay your bill on the due date? This store has gone down the toilet in quality! They don't sell coats anymore, and they need to be avoided like the plague! Their customer service is absolutely HORRENDOUS from being in person to the rude, ignorant people that answer the phones. This, at a time when the country is financially at its worst! To steal extra money from customers at this time is unethical, greedy, and outrageous! It's one thing to not pay your bill, or to be late paying your bill, but to be charged almost $50.00 for missing their 6:00 cutoff hour that they don't even tell you about. Is Horrible! There are better stores to shop at …like Marshall's, Ross or Nordstrom Rack. But definitely avoid shopping at Burlington!

I鈥檓 a disabled person so my understanding is that I鈥檓 not supposed to make a long line I have two herniated disks on my lower back knee problems and I had a brain stroke the Burlington employee looked at me up and down and denied me entrance to the store said I had to make line like every one else I felt so embarrassed and himulyated Ross on the other hand was across from them and there employees are better trained to deal with customers I had no problems with them your employees should learn from them this happened in Santa Ana California on Garden Grove this happened around 2-4pm I forgot the exact time

This company has zero humanity … paying my bill after the 8pm and was charged a late fee during COVID19.
There services suck with no empathy for their customers… Customer care excerise no empowerment including their escalated department or team .. Services suck. The leadership team needs to train their staff to be more caring as supposed to stating and reiterating the policies & procedures of the company.

Went shopping at Burlington found a item that said $5 and change took it to the cashier she proceeded to say the price was incorrect, I asked that she get her manager, the manager proceded to say the price was incorrect I asked why was it on the self she proceeded to say thief put the price on, I stopped her because it seemed both the cashier and the manager was implying I put it there , both the and manager was very rude in the way they acted. The cashier took the price off and asked me if I still wanted it I said no. They don't deserve the 1 star.

Today I visited the Burlington coat factory in Patchogue Long Island New York the cashier Ariana was the most unprofessional cashier I ever experienced.when I approached her register there was no greeting nor was there any eye contact she stood there playing with her cell phone so I had to wait until she was ready to ring my purchase after my purchase was ring and as I proceeded to get my money she went back to playing with her phone .I did speak to the store manager regarding my experience she looked at me like I had 2 heads no apology nothing .This store is crapy and has been for a while and with that experience I will never return to that store.

Online is a joke! They can鈥檛 cancel an order, refund an order or expedite an order! I placed an order for two suits and received one! Took 3 days of calling customer service for them to refund and then tell me I had To reorder the item. I reordered It and same thing! Did not receive! Complete nightmare

Visited Burlington on Loop 281 in longview on Feb.24, 2020 and was not pleased with my experience. The prices and selection were great. After finding a few impulse items I went to the counter where there were 2 checkout clerks. Both of which ignored me. Didn't even acknowledge me. Another point, a customer came straight from the entrance and bypassed the lines jumping straight to the front of the line with her return leaving myself and the others in line frustrated. One clerk began helping her while the other just folded closes at the counter chatting with the other clerk. Ultimately I did not make a purchase and watch other customers frustrations grow. I will not be returning.

I ordered an item online and they shipped the wrong size item – medium instead of large. Burlington doesn't really want to cover the $7.99 so they wanted me to drive 40 miles to the nearest store to do an exchange. Then they decided I could ship the merchandise back and, after they received it, in about 10 days they would issue a credit and I could buy something else online. Then I would pay shipping again and, after that they would try to refund the shipping for the 2nd time, not the 1st time. Finally I did return the merchandise to the store to save the hassle and 2 weeks to return it by mail and get a refund from that – and the store would not do anything about the shipping charges I paid for incorrect merchandise. So, I used the gift card from the store to order more stuff online, had to pay shipping again, and now hoping to get a refund for the 2nd shipping charges. What a terrible company to do business with! NEVER AGAIN!

I normally don't wear a winter jacket. I finally broke down and bought one in December of last year. Since I had it the zipper has messed up. The pockets have holes. The back of it has ripped. I'm very disappointed I thought this jacket would last me for awhile.not 2 months. I will not buy another winter coat from your company.

Bad customer service. I waited for 35 minutes to connect to customer rep and at the end there was nothing they can do to help me out. I have placed an order online for the very first time and its says on website that shipping is free on $75.00 above. My order total was way over than $75.00 and they still charged me $14.99 for shipping. When I called I found out that its based on the weight of the order.
Really inconvenient and disappointed.

I went to return something and there was no one at the return counter. Only one lane open when I arrived and no particular line formation. Another register was opened when back up was asked for but 2 customers serviced before me that came in after. There was no manager present at the front and the employees were not properly trained on how to handle the customers. Need to reevaluate who is managing the store and train the employees, also should have defined line so that unfairness dosen't happen because people are rude and really don't care for others these days.

I returned 3 items for Christmas within the Christmas return policy. They refused to give me what I paid and only whatever their price changed to. This was few days after Christmas. I asked for what I paid and they said no, this is the way it is. I asked for a Manager who didn't even acknowledge me and said, it is our policy. I explained I have Christmas return within plenty of time of date noted. Said it doesn't matter after 30 day get sale price. I asked to see on receipt, no such thing noted. I called corporate and they said same thing. That's like stealing my money in my opinion. Show me somewhere it states that during Christmas period. He said you buy it, you own it, you return it, we buy it from you for our price. I said bull, show me where it states all this. I will never set foot in that store again. Sorry I spent the $400.00 on my gifts. I am livid with this company. Corporate said we work with all 3rd party companies and this is how it works. Bull, state your rules or tell people before you rip them off.

I should have known better than to order anything from this store. However, I live in a small town and not close to a large city and I needed long sleeved tops. I should have stuck with Amazon.
I ordered a few things from Burlington. When the items arrived they were in a big box which was ridiculously large. The clothes were just thrown into the box haphazardly. They weren't in clear plastic bags like most clothes that come in the mail. I'm sure whoever filled my order just took the clothes off of the hangers and threw them into this box. I have never seen anything like it.
The 'teddy bear' jacket or whatever it's called is a joke. It's sewn together like a child sewed it which I hate to say it but a child probably DID sew it. The material is cheap and LOOKS cheap.
I ordered a pair of fleece-lined leggings in a plus size and I had to laugh when I held them up. The leggings look like they could fit a child and I don't know what their idea of fleece is but these leggings are certainly not lined with anything.
The only item I am keeping is the blue top I bought IF it doesn't shrink after I wash it.
Burlington Coat Factory used to carry quality items but now it's nothing but crap. Everything made in China, everything sized incorrectly and no one cares about quality control.

I contacted Burlington yesterday about my order and they replied telling me: "We do our best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible." What a joke.
They also told me to return these items to one of their stores. If I was able to return the clothes I would have bought them FROM the store and tried them on BEFORE I bought them!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a womens, coat, boots, and some accessories for someone online. 2 days later They ship the boots and accessories and tell me the jacket is no longer available. I'm angry because now I can't even add to or adjust the order they just did it on their own. The coat is still listed on stock on their website. I email them immediately and no response. Despite the BS I'm already dealing with; what do I do next? I go on the website again and order a different coat, and a pair of leather gloves and checkout. 5 minutes later I get an email telling me they don't have either the coat i ordered or the gloves yet the coat and the gloves are still listed for sale on their website. And they still never responded to my first inquiry!! It's now the next day (3 days after the original transaction) and both coats I ordered in 2 seperate transactions that I was told were no longer available are still listed for sale!!! SO ARE THE GLOVES!! I would really like to know who takes care of customers; OH WAIT; There is no online customer service!! ZERO!!! I emailed them yesterday still haven't gotten a response TO BOOT!!! SHAME ON THE ONES IN CHARGE!!

TRASH customer service. I purchased a watch for my husband that was almost $200 for Christmas. I never received it. When I called to speak with a representative and request more information she said that I should take advantage of their expedited shipping for $10. I replied to this by saying that this 'offer' didn't solve my issue of the current missing watch to which she replied "I think that this is a good deal." I don't know how customer service reps can be trained to upsell whenever they haven't even delivered on the first purchase. ACTUAL TRASH. The call ended with her passing the buck to PayPal since I paid through them. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere if you ACTUALLY want your purchases.
