I ordered a dress for my bridal shower, giving it plenty of time to arrive. When ordering it the item said it could be here in 2 to 4 weeks but then I got the email following saying it could take 3-5 weeks. Fine.
I received an email letting me know the item had shipped and to check the updated shipping information. SEVEN days later the shipping information is still not updated and states that it's in the Pre-Shipping phase. After sending an email asking why it wasn't updated Cindy wrote me back to tell me I have to remember it takes 3-5 weeks and gave me the same link to the tracking on USPS.
Thus far the little bit of information I've received I now don't trust the company and have asked for directions for a refund. Beyond annoying.

Horrendous. I'll give them credit for fast delivery. It said 3-5 weeks and arrived in 1.
HOWEVER, my dress arrived in plastic packaging, in a plastic post bag, yet was absolutely soaked and stinking. Totally see-through cheap fabric, stitching all hanging out and looking nothing like the advertised item.
No, it wasn't particularly expensive, but that is not the point and I am raging. I'll be chasing a full refund. I wouldn't wash my car with the tat they have sent in exchange for my hard earned money.

Worst company!!!! Trying to return 2 dresses and they keep sending me the same stock email….the same email address I see listed in their responses to bad reviews on this site!!! Can't find a phone number to speak to a human. DO NOT ORDER

Still waiting to hear back from them about my refund. No respnse. This is a scam company – so disappointing. Got I dress that looked beautiful online. It came after several weeks and looked so cheap and low quality. I just want my money back, but theres nobody to talk to!!! BEWARE.

I received a shirt that I don't even think would fit a person that wears a small and I ordered a extra large. Sent many emails and facebook messages. Click on the link on there page to contact them. Everyone comes back unable to deliever. No phone number, have even posted complaints on their facebook page. Want my money back, want to return this. They clain 100% money back. Kind of hard to do that when you can't be reached. Don't buy from this company…..

Where the heck is the zero star option!?? This "dress" was atrocious. I saw pics, liked, and so muy bf bought it for me. I dont have the heart to show and tell him he spent his money on a freaking sheet of plastic.. LITERALLY!!! I can't believe these scam artists are still in business. Took forever to receive, because it's shipped from China, and the dress is not even remotely wearable. Disgusting excuse. No way of getting a refund either I'm certain. Never again

The clothes doesn't arrive in time (more exactly 6 months after due delivery date). They claimed to have "regular sizing", but the dress I bought (Angel Wings, white), was more of a Chinese sized clothing. I spend about $35 on a crappy dress in very poor quality. Stay away as far as you can.

I鈥檓 really shocked at these reviews, Im almost wondering if they changed owners or something? I placed an order back in September and it did take awhile, maybe 5 weeks but my order had warned me ahead of time so I knew to sit back and wait. When I finally got it, I loved the dress, fit great. The shirt was not great but when I inquired about returning I sent an email and they responded within 24 hours. When I said I didn鈥檛 want to do an exchange they gave me the credit and even said I didn鈥檛 need to bother sending the shirt back. Wow! I get compliments on my dress almost every time I wear it.

They really do not deserve a 1 star. I have been trying to return clothes since before Christmas. The quality is terrible. They are all an acetate blend.. almost a Halloween costume quality. I want a refund they will only issue a store credit..that is not what they say on the website. They say they will send you a prepaid package back. Everything looks so cute on line… but not when you get 4-5 weeks later. Colors are off as well. Just stand by your refund policy. At this point until I get my money back.. I have no choice but to share with others. Could have kept things to myself if you just would refund

Never received my order, its been over 7 weeks..custumer service doesnt care ..keep sending me a weird link for a tracking number that has not been updated for 4 weeks. DO NOT BUY !

Absolute rubbish, poor quality fabric and poor workmanship, mine ended up in the bin. Hideous polyester "beach dress" and I would never purchase from this site again.

Oh Surprise surprise asked them to contact me as there emails just get sent back to you, and guess what NO CONTACT from this so called scam of a business!!!! They take your money and produce crap and wont return your money on there so called 30 day guarantee, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY PEOPLE!

Horrible!!! The clothes on website aren鈥檛 even close to what they send you! This comes from China so it takes 6 to 8 weeks. The clothes are thin garbage dollar store clothing. Do Not Waste a dime on this place!

I鈥檝e just received my 鈥榙ress鈥?and it is so badly made and does not correspond to your chart sizes at all. There are stringy bits hanging from it and it is an extremely poor copy of the picture you advertised.Not only did it take over 6 weeks to arrive, it is the worst quality and cheaply made garment I have ever ordered online….it looks absolutely nothing like the picture!! All those reviews were correct about your company being a sham.

I have contacted you twice about returning this cheap looking piece of cloth and getting a complete refund, but you have failed to respond both times.

I will never order from your badly run company again and will be spreading the word that your clothing looks nothing like the pictures you advertise.

I ordered the cute dress after seeing them bombard Facebook with ads. Got the nice email response saying it was on its way. On the expected date it still hadn't arrived so got in touch to ask where was it? Oh sorry it must have gotten lost, we'll have to order it again. Got in touch again after the allotted time had elapsed to find out when i could expect it? O dear it hadn't been ordered and now they are out of stock. WTF. Only good thing I can report is that they refunded the money with in a week.

I have ordered a dress from this company and made contact two times and just got an automated email back saying it is experiencing a high demand of emails and will take 2 to 5 days to get back to me, what a joke my dress has been ordered and paid for 2 months ago and still nothing BUYERS BE AWARE I AM NOT GETTING A GOOD FEELING ABOUT THIS BURLAP APPAREL CHEEP CLOTHING COMPANY 鈥Y SUGGESTION 鈥?STAY AWAY

SCAM: BUYER BEWARE!!! I placed an order in April by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. HUGE MISTAKE! I thought that I was ordering from a local, US company. Little did I know, I was ordering from a company in China and would NEVER receive the items. It was an $800 order. I contacted the company the first week of May and they said they could not cancel the order, that the items had already shipped from China. I let time slip away with urgent matters that came up after the email exchange. By the time I revisited this, too many days had passed by and my credit card company could not help me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I have ordered a top but have not yet received tracking number. When I try sending emails they keep bouncing back….Is this company a SCAM??? Very worried!!!

Sadly my review is as low as it goes. The item I received was poorly stitched, sizing was nothing like described and fabric was also of poor quality. I took a month to get to me and I was excited to finally receive it, sadly it was extremely disappointing. I will not order from Burlap again.
I am now waiting on a response regarding my refund based on Burlaps website advise.

Worst place to buy ever! A total scam. I bought a jacket from them and I never received anything. I told to their customer service 5 times that I have never received an item from them and would like a refund. I got an email stating Yes it's been shipped according to the tracking. I asked for a refund again, still no response. Waste of money and time.

Bought The item on Aug 29th 2017. The item was apparently shipped on 6th of September. No news of its imminent arrival. I have been following up almost every week, apart from automated replies, no other response. But to wait 3- 5 weeks for its arrival. Last week I even requested to refund me the value of the product, seeing that it is unlikely to reach me.

I agree regarding the dresses! Horrific quality! I wouldn't buy from then again for dresses! They make good aprons, though!! Lol! The blouses look like a slightly better quality, though, hopefully! They take tooo long to arrive though!

The product that was delivered is not at all like what was pictured. It is a cheap knockoff of terrible quality and does not even appear to be made to fit a human body. I have emailed about a return and am hoping they actually reply.

I'm editing this because of the response I received from the company: they indicate they emailed me. What the email said is that I can return the item for in store credit. This clothing is going into the garbage where it belongs and I will not waste my time getting another piece of junk from this company.

I ordered a dress but got two of the same identical dresses both charged to my visa. I wanted to return one but you would not respond to any and I mean a lot of my e-mails. I took it to my visa and still lost. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from your company. I would like to return one and simply get a refund on one of the dresses. Why would you NOT answer my e-mail about returns?
