I first ordered the refrigerator instead of the freezer by accident. Thankfully they call to verify that your order is exactly what you want. They refunded my money on that order no questions asked and were very polite while doing so. Hello I received my order within 3 days! I was pleasantly surprised but very thankful that I received them so soon. I even received a phone call notifying me that they were shipping them that same day. Very happy and satisfied with product Good quality gloves. Customer Service is excellent. Jeff was very helpful. Careful if ordering online, be sure to check on how they save your billing and shipping address information. I had to re-edit it two times before it was saved correctly
