are you kidding me with the size?! I'm a small girl. I followed their sizing chart and ordered an XL. I am a woman Veteran. How big do they think my are arms are? I have "GUNS". The sleeves are so tight that I will NEVER be able to wear this. But I guess they don't care because they have their money. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!~!!!!

Ordered a shirt for my son, never got any email confirmation, no shipping confirmation, etc. Shirt arrives…NOT THE ONE I ORDERED AND 2 SIZES TOO SMALL!! They want pictures, etc. I sent them an email with the picture of the shirt I ordered, HOPING THEY ARE SMART ENOUGH TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE! A Reaper hoodie (one I ordered) is not even close to the FireFighter one I received. Asking for picture of the tag…THERE IS NO TAG…will never order from them again.

To agree with most other reviews on here, I would also give this sorry excuse for a company less than 1 star if possible. Absolutely, horrific customer service. After I purchased the item on this company's website I never received a confirmation email or an email letting me know when the item shipped. I literally had to dig around on their website (theshirtlist25, which is their other alias) to find any information about my order. When the item finally arrived, which it was late, I opened the package and was in disbelief of the quality of the sweatshirt. The fabric was a terrible choice for a sweatshirt and the print quality was poor and even had white specks all over the sweatshirt. Also, the inside tag was cut haphazardly and there were no fabric type or washing instructions included, nor was there a size tag. On top of all that the sweatshirt did not fit well at all. I emailed the company (support @ theshirtlist25 . com) explaining my dissatisfaction with their product. All I got in reply were demands to send pictures to show proof of my dissatisfaction. I had to take numerous pictures with a tape measure on three different lengths of the sweatshirt in order to prove that they didn't send me the wrong size (they conveniently assumed I was complaining of receiving a size I did not order, when in fact I was complaining of the poor quality and fit). I received an email back the next day stating I did not put the tape measure in the EXACT spot specified and that I would need to take another picture and resend for proof. At this point I was just irritated. I don't recall EVER having to do so much work for any other retail return. After a few emails were sent back and forth I was informed by "management" that they could not refund or exchange the item because the correct size was sent. I replied asking for a contact number to call a manager and speak with them about this matter, and of course, I never heard back from anyone. Now I am contacting PayPal and opening a case against this company for the $65.94 they charged me for a poor quality product.
I highly recommend never purchasing from this company as the quality is terrible and the customer service is even worse.

No I don麓t want to give 1 star. 0! 0 Stars! It is horrible! The item is horrible, there is no delivery note, no return, no advice. When I sent an email, four different people wrote back. Always the same. I have absolutely no idea what they want me to verify. I have bought a jacket and I wanted to give it back. Thats all. I have already sent them a picture (by the way, I have never heard about sending pictures of me wearing the item to prove that it is too big) and as they could see the jacket did not fit! And I don鈥檛 liked it. I try to get back my money with PayPal. I hope it will work. Please never, really never order any item!!! You will regret!

ABSOLUTE SCAM. my order was declined due to "incorrect zipcode" but my payment was certainly not declined as I have a charge pending! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. ILL BE FILING A FRAUD CLAIM TOMORROW AFTER THE TRANSACTION CLEARS

I just received my Pink Floyd 鈥楽ouls swimming in a fishbowl鈥?T shirt. I am a big man, the size fits well, the print is good & the quality is good, it arrived within reasonable time to Canada, I went online to track it, the only reason I don鈥檛 give it 5 stars is the lack of tracking notice. I鈥檇 buy again.

This company is a complete scam. First of all, when you order, they don't confirm your order by email. I found out that they doubled the order only with Pay Pal. I was able to get one transaction turned around. The first time i saw that they were sending a size small, i notified them. They said it was " tough luck buddy" you are past our 48 hour deadline. There are NO RETURNS with their company and they would NOT exchange it for the right size.

I wish I would of read the reviews before ordering a shirt from Burgerprints. It was so small. Trying to exchange it and they keep giving me the run around for measurements. I just want an exchange for a larger size. This is ridiculous. Buyers beware. I will be sharing on FB. I am awaiting a final response. Let鈥檚 see if they work with their customers or just want to continue to get bad reviews.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT purchase any thing from this company Burger prints, I purchased a Hampton tee shirt from them and it's ugly and poor quality and now that I'm trying to send it back and get a refund they are giving me the run around. Poor service and products!!! The camera makes the tee shirt look great but in person the colors are muted and the diamonds do not shine at all.

The quality of this shirt is worse than the free shirt you get for running a 5k. Sleeves are awkward in size, shoulder cuff is far from the shoulder, and the material is thick and crunchy. I don't have to wash it to know how bad it will shrink.

It all started on fb….I will never order anything from fb again…I ordered a t shirt…then they charged me for 2 shirts…I had to call the bank and had to get a new debit card with a different #…when I call the bank 800 # they said my order went to Singapore…really??!!! Then I got 2 shirts in the mail…so I returned one and kept one…gave it to my son for his b-day…and saw then that the logo on it was crooked..they are so hard to get a hold of…every thing that I clicked on was not working …. when I got the shirt the return address is in Florida…so I found some info and sent them a pic and message that was 3 days ago and still have had no response..unlike it said that I would hear from them normally within 24 hrs…I'm going to persue this mess but will not ever be doing business with them again..I've learned my lesson!

I ordered a shirt from a FB ad and never got a confirmation of order or shipping. I tried to reach them by email/phone, left messages and never got a response. Finally about 10 days later, the shirt arrives.
What I thought was a cotton t-shirt ended up being a lycra/polyester shirt which I can't even imagine wearing. Again I tried to reach them by phone. No response. Finally I was able to connect with them via FB Messenger. Then the real issue begins. I've now been in correspondence with their customer service for over a week and the latest from Kane is :
"Upon checking our system, the materials that was used for your item is 95% polyester and 5% spandex blend.
All of this information are included on the product details section where you placed your order. See image below: "
I'm asking to return this shirt and get a refund and that's the kind of response they give ????!!!!
I'd give them a "no stars" for their customer service and making this experience a complete nightmare.
