Never display prices clearly forget to provide to receipts and the quality of the food has totally gone down hill and is never warm anymore will not be visiting again until standards improve !

Just realised that i was charged a sugar Levy tax when i brought a regular coke zero .. Phoned Burger king customer services who said i must contact the store to get a refund which is 30 miles away . My concern here is how often is this happening whereby customers are unknowingly getting ripped off and cannot get their money back due to distance. I鈥檒l not use them again ..BTW this was Toddington branch

I visited a BK drive through 2 weeks ago. We sat in searing heat for half an hour (baring in mind there were next to no customers inside at the time due to current circumstances) waiting for our order. When we were finally at the window to receive (there were about 6 cars ahead of us) we received no apology or explanation for the wait and barely a grunt, let alone any pleasantries (to add to the member of staff says 'eh?' instead of pardon etc when they didn't understand our order. To compound it all, I asked for one of our meals to have no onion or gherkin and the drink to have no ice, only for all of this to be ignored. I emailed the customer service address listed on line the following day and received an auto reply saying they would endeavour to reply within 3 days. We're now 14 days later and I have sent on the same email 3 times with absolutely no response.

I've always preferred BK to McDonalds and we actually go out of town to have it (as we don't have one in our town), but that will certainly not be happening again based on their current service, both in store and online.

I visited a Burgerking near Wolverhampton yesterday. I wanted two cheeseburgers with large chips, but was told cheeseburgers are only given as part of a children's meal. (Why?) So I ordered 2 woppas with cheese instead. I was surprised to be given two boxes of Free chicken nuggets, which I didn't want so they went into the wastebin in Burgerking car park, but I felt it was a shame to waste food and I wished they had asked me if I wanted free nuggets.

LAST NIGHT I STOPPED BY AT BURGER KING TO GET ME SOMETHING TO EAT BUT APPARENTLY THE MANAGER WAS ON HER FEELINGS SHE WAS RUDE AND NASTY, I ARRIVED THERE AT AROUND 9:30PM..I STOOD THERE FOR LIKE 10 MINUTES, NO BODY SAY ANYTHING TO ME BUT THIS GIRL WAS IN FRONT OF ME I ASKED POLITELY AND NICELY ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO TAKE MY ORDER ? I had delicious burger. Maybe BK really is the king of the burgers..

Disgusted to find out they swallowed the VAT cut (15%) to increase their profits and not a penny given to their customers, where it was intended.

This was my first, visit to the location on Montreal road.
Near vanier pkwy first, of all the air conditioning was not on.
And the place was full, of flies not very healthy.

I was at the Burger King in Newport the lobby was closed so I went into the drive-thru no I do not have a car I waited there for 10 to 15 minutes I had to go to the bathroom so bad I have no choice but to go on my pants I rushed to the bathroom over by a speedway to clean whatever I could I got something from there I then proceeded to head home I give Burger King of Newport 1 * this was a horrible experience for me I even went to the bathroom before leaving my house I recommend you highly not go to Burger King in Newport !!!

Delivery late as usual and cold. Don't waste your money

went to get quick bitte with husband and the service was terrible. The restaurant was extremely dirty with food all over the floor, Ihave pictures, and the employees were playing not even paying customers any attention. One was yelling to person in kitchen about orders and they were throwing food as well as food wrapers at each other. Finally when i was able to place my order Iwaited an additional 10 minutes for it to get ready and when I asked for a receipt Iwas told he could take a picture of the screen that the printer for receipts were down. I didnt get any napkins, or condiments with my order. This was by far the worst experience ever we will never come back to this one again.

Ah not impressed. Chicken was stringy which was huge disappointment as was very eager to try once lockdown lifted.

I have just queued at BK STEVENAGE for half an hour to be told there is a limited menus on offer. There was no attempt to explain why the sign is only round the back once you have waited in line for ages. I wanted 4 cheese burgers But could only have them if I bought them as part of a meal clearly, clearly profiteering from the situation, staff are miserable surly and unhelpful I then had to wait in the queue another half an hour before I was able to get out of the drive-through as two cars in front had to query their food order as it had obviously been served wrong first time around. In this day and age service and behaviour like this is totally unacceptable and should be stamped out let鈥檚 face the food there is not cheap, Unfortunately I鈥檝e had occasion to go there several times in the past and the food and service has always been appalling yes it was my fault for trying again. if they cannot offer a standard of food and service then close the bloody place down. You鈥檒l see by reading other reviews on other websites as well as this it is not only me the whole place is appalling

I went into Burger King to buy 2 meals with my friend when we got the food I ask for 2 carrier bags as we wore on scooters the employee was going to give me two bags but the manager was very rude about giving us the bag said 鈥淯gh you are not getting two bags one 鈥?he made me feel very uncomfortable and made me so embarrassed in front of other costumers and it鈥檚 not the first time he has done it I am a regular customer in there and was very angry about this I had to walk home with my food and it was cold . I have been looking through reviews mostly about staff been rude and nothing is being done about it.

Can鈥檛 give less wanted a cheese burger 99p but can鈥檛 get them but the sell a bacon double and that鈥檚 2cheese burgers with a slice of bacon 拢3:69 so 拢1.72 for a slice of bacon ??? All so ordered nuggets just a request from a customer can you add chicken flavour to your tasteless nuggets some will read and think we should be there even open but there only open to rip people off forcing them to order over priced tasteless stuff

after ordering online i still had to waite and after 5 cars went by my order was still not done. Then i got home and was missing
one of my kids burgers. This is the poorest place ever.

The Burger King nuggets are hard are cold hard I told them no onions my Whopper they put onions on it I'm very upset

You food may be nice but the service is incredibly slow. i was once waiting to order my food and there was one person in front of me it did not just take 2-3 minutes to order but also when they finished with the order, they then went of to go and make there food so i had to wait even longer to order! Once i finally ordered they took very long to give me the food. The price range is terrible, to expensive!! i would have a few chips, 4 chicken strips and a coke for around 拢5-6 and if i went somewhere else i could get that for around 拢3, LOWER THE PRICES!

Just walked out of charing Cross branch. 拢5.49 for a burger. Not a meal. A burger. The employee about to serve me said it鈥檚 because they capitalize on drunk people leaving west end in the evening. One meal, he pointed out, cost nearly 拢11.

So beware. Each BK invents their own prices. Other Burger King branches (in suburbs etc…) price鈥檚 reflect the usual McDonalds prices.

Horrendous how my grandad son was treated at Leicester Square yesterday too people can in with a large board board saying homeless it was placed on table he told them to go away when they did he realised it was a scam and had took his phone he jumped straight up and shouted for help as people was still in shop Burger King did nothing one member of staff rolled there eyes another was laughing at him so he lost a brand new phone still on contract for 20 months and Burger King said we arnt allowed to be told why they made fun of him that disgusting they just don鈥檛 care .s wilson

I am very disapointed with the fact that the rebel whopper is not vegan and is advertise as 100 no beef all plant base burger.
I feel like I have been tricked and lied by the poster and advert. The small wrighting is not large enough to see when you buying the burger.
Burger king has disrespect me as a vegan by tricking me and this is a very serious right now. The new legislation from last year protect vegans.

PROPER manly burgers, none of this skinny rubbish in a bun like you get from their main competitors
