Their service was rude and slow and when I got my order it was the worst food ever.
I got sick when I took a bite of it.
Something needs to be done.

They just lied about the impossible Whopper it tasted OK at first but then it started going down hill faster than you can say Whopper.

I'm a student and I like to eat caloric and fast food. I can't imagine my life without burgers from Burger King!

Searching for a good burger spot & came across this one. Compared the prices to holy chuck, top gun & burgers priest. We ordered the atomic burger (recommended if you love cheese) & captain jerk. Let me tell you.. best burger we've ever had & for the price too? Amazing. Will definitely come back!!!

Being eating my burger in the car.It was dark, so when I got home and had a look at it I realized it was raw.I brought it back because of alarmingly underdone it was.Unacceptable and unapologetic service.Came from out of town and was not impressed.Worst experience ever , waste of money….

Very tasty and creative burger.Great vibe but I wouldn't advice taking a date here unless you intend for them to see you gallon of sauce down your shirt as most of the burgers are a lot to handle.Service was great .No lettuce buns though.

Came here for breakfast well late breakfast as we didn't understand the food menus was easier burgers ,great staff were okay couldn't understand us very good.And the bad things is their soft drinks taps are empty ,no drink in it.Sad!

This place is not good for drive-through/entering the restaurant, the employees are jerks, they ruin your orders, heck, they even cuss at you when you try to tell them that they made an error, they really need to just retrain the employees to be much kinder to the person ordering.

I've eaten in many Burger King places in my travels. The one is Forest City, NC is by far, the best. What makes it the best, you ask? Cleanliness makes it the best. There is a very active senior woman who washes the tables, sweeps the floor, and takes out the trash. You won't see garbage on the floor from over-flowing trash bins. Nor, will you sit at a sticky table, which is enough to make you lose your appetite. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name because she was busy racing around to keep the place clean!

Everytime I come here, it's always hot, correct and fast! The environment is very chill and the staff are very friendly!

i RECOMMEND TO EVERY ONE EVEN VEGGI OR NON-VEGGI, TRY TO TAST VEG. FROM TODAY I DIE HEART FAN OF VEG OF BURGER KING. FOR NON-VEG GO WITH MCD.

Don't eat at Burger King in Canon City CO since employees can be behind counter eating food not washing hands going on national news and keeping their jobs. 2 weeks later you get paper in your ice cream cone. They can't do special orders. This place needs shut down

BurgerKing used to be freakin' awesome and I have no idea what happened but the food got worse and worse each year! Fries used to be fantastic, nowadays they are yukky. The burgers look like they become smaller each year. I could go on forever but I think you get the idea. Yeah, not only BK but also MCD. Don't know what happened.

Oh my god what a pathetic bun it was, i ordered a burger and he charged me for extra cheese and after that the manager was fukin arrogant, ill never go to burgerking anymore and for sure ill never suggest anyone.

I have been a fan of Burger King since I was a kid since I had fond memories of it, the food was good and the service was good, as well. That has all changed for me now! It started with a series of things, such as slow and apathetic service, meal quality and sometimes, the dining area could have used more attention. Many little things, such as not even asking if we would like ketchup, or just being gloomy, or, speaking in another language in front of American customers (by the way, have these people been documented yet?). One issue that came up was when I came to the counter and the person taking the order was being talked to in Spanish by one of her male coworkers. She smiled and maintained character, though it was hard since the jerk kept talking despite anything else. I think that the little low life has not had any upbringing! She finally got my order and change, all correct. Then I had to wait seven or eight minutes for the damn food. When I got there, I asked for ketchup (something that little miss 'chatterbox' had a hard time doing since she was speaking with the same damned guy again. I got what I wanted, at least I think I did, and went out the door. Fortunately, I looked inside and saw the shock of my life. My french fries had a rechargable 4 quantity, AA battery pack inside. Couldn't believe that one! I went inside and had the thing in my hand. I simply said, "Ah ma'am. This was in my order with the french fries!" I was adamant, but not rude. She simply took them back and said, "Sorry!" How sorry she was is left to question. I simply left and didn't ask for a manager or anything, nor did I make a complaint to corporate either since it probably would've fallen on deaf ears anyway. If not, the very best that would happen is that she'd lose her job. I didn't want that, so I left that one alone. That was over three years ago. From time to time, the service and the food has been rather good, I must admit. However, there were other times that little things did add into the mix. It ranged from the simple things, like the food again (guess it depends on the cook, whatever), knapkins, straws and otherwise often being out, counters that were messy, et cetera. Have had many complaints from others too! That is normally the food, which seems to be a gamble at best. To the fact that sodas have tasted 'moldy'. The service was sub standard and it really, at times, seems that the personnel could care less about their jobs.

If these workers want $15 per hour, they better start proving that they deserve it! If management wants to keep their jobs, they should supervise their employees better (that is why they are called 'supervisors', isn't it?) If the Jardel Corporation wants to remain in business, they had better take this s#*$ seriously! All the damned money they make, a person would figure that they would show some 'tacit concern' at the very least. Guess those fools are too busy trying to relocate in Canada for tax purposes. Burger King is an American business and entity, both. If the trend continues, especially with other fast food chains, then I fear for the quality of life in our country!

Service is SO slow. I used to think their fries were the best, but they aren't even good anymore. I don't like McDonalds, but I would choose them over BK any day.
