Cashier JONAE OF BURGER KING 20165 close to Regal Theater…VERY RUDE, UNPLEASANT, NO MANNERS. Wanted to get some Breakfast at 8:52am on Sept. 30, 2020. Ended up taking my money back , what a bad bad bad CS!!!

The burger was awful

Burger is good as per the dollar but the meat does not feel good while eating

In Mesa, Az you have to be careful which Burger king you go to. I highly recommend the one located at Crismon and Southern in Mesa. The food has always been good and the service fantastic. But the Burger Kind on University and power in Mesa is the pits. Fries are usually old or food tastes bad. Today they shorted me a double whopper and still charged me for it. One girl looked upset she made a mistake, a guy there was laughing. Another girl took over the register, charged me for 3 hamburgers but when I got home I found I only had 2. This same guy that was laughing had asked me for a tip before. Dont ever go to this burger king they suck! Burger King needs to watch this location closely

Ok hi so I went to Burger King and well I didn鈥檛 like it when I hear the name Burger King I want to vomit 馃ぎ and my first thoughts are eww can we go to McDonald鈥檚 it鈥檚 way better. So Burger King you need to up your game and make all the other fast food places be like 鈥?Omg we are losing all are costumers and Burger King is getting them all 鈥?ok bye thank you for listening

We stopped at BurgerKing Blueboys on the way home from a day out with our children on Monday 24th August . We wanted to take advantage of the governments eat out scheme. Before we ordered we asked about the scheme and were told it is only if you eat in . We said that is fine they said seating area and eating in is closed . It cost us 拢35 which is unfair as it wasn鈥檛 our fault and we couldn鈥檛 not have Burger King having promised the children . We had to eat in the car.This is very bad customer service and our order would have been half the price we were charged.

If they want to keep customers, maybe they should starting giving the customers what they order.

Burger King is a very FINE establishment and I would love to have bk everyday (no I am not overweight 馃ぃ馃槅) I have a lot more to say other than this is the best place in the world!!!!

I am very dissatisfied with the taste of the food, and in general with the surroundings. It can be seen that people work there without enthusiasm, apparently pay little. Once this network was good, but now it is noticeable that it is rotting.

Fantastic impossible whopper.
My husband had the real whopper and so we compared.
Each one was great.
The real one has more charbroiled flavor,but if you want to save a cow,this impossible whopper is great!! Seriously!!!

Just over a year go was in birmingham burger king my family sat down as was about to eat then suddenly a rat / mouse ran across from kitchen into seatimg area. Rightfuly so we told to leave, but left fresh food behind and of course the receipt.
Mangement didnt even take details to offer a sorry or voucher. Whats worse after going to eat at mcdonalds came walking by amd they reopened after 20/mins there no way in hell on saturday they managed to a exterminator in and dne in checks. For ref i work in KFC and know pest control take ages to do normal checks let alone looking for everythink.
Other point german market had opened for first weekend and guess what mangment had on server on till, closed upstairs super early. So you can imagine ppl walked in then walked out.
How stuiped of mangement do you need to be to be hired then not know youll be rammed most that time of year and around dinner time.too. a hippo could run a store better.
Ive tried contacting them and they dnt care.
Will never visit again.

The quality is no longer good and neither does it test and it seems as if it is heating in water and not roasted over charcoal.

This isn't about something I ate it's about the new commercial , really BK I live in a farming community. You have got to be kidding I loved your burgers NOW all I can think about is when cows "splatter" really ? I live with people who struggle all day and half the night with lights on there equipment to TRY to make a living , feeding the unappreciative people in this country who have no clue , how hard these farmers work. All this so they can barely make a living , and now after there products have made YOUR company millions you put them down I am done with your company and can only hope others follow suit!

I ordered at Burger King Auburn MA and the associate at the drive thru messed up my order was charging me for 3 burgers not the 2 I ordered so after he took it off the cost went down $1.00 I said that cant be right your Whoppers are not $1.00 so he did something else and it went down $8.00. I heard the associate say OMG, I asked did you just OMG me? He said well you keep changing your order, I said I haven't changed anything you just kept screwing it up. I couldn't believe the nerve of this kid. I threw the food at him (didn't pay for it) and left. That was one of the worst examples of Customer Service I have ever witnessed. No wonder McDonalds kills Burger King. Dumb, dumb people working there!!

Ordered a cone there, they put it upside down into a plastic cup, why, don't know, pulled the cone out of the cup and ice cream all stayed in cup. Never go back!!

I like Burger King however when I last went I sat in the seats outside…sadly a tramp went into my bag of burgers took one look at the food and binned it.::
If a tramp won鈥檛 take it why should I?

I love the food, compared to other fast food places, Burger King is delicious and price worthy!!!!

Went to Burger King on boardman Canfield road, my wife and I got cheeseburgers and onion rings at drive thru, onion rings were slightly warm, cheeseburgers were not even warm enough to melt the cheese, and bun was stale hard around one end… what a shame how they have gone completely away from freshness and hot food. They also ran out of salt too, that is just craziness.. I turned right around and went inside to get better burgers and warmer ones also.. The manager was not rude or anything, but never apologized for our inconvenience… It鈥檚 definitely not the Burger King I grew up with. This place is definitely turning people away with this kind of quality..

I have just queued for half an hour to be told there is a limited menus on offer. There was no attempt to explain why the sign is only round the back once you have waited in line for ages. I wanted 4 cheese burgers But could only have them if I bought them as part of a meal clearly, clearly profiteering from the situation, staff are miserable surly and unhelpful I then had to wait in the queue another half an hour before I was able to get out of the drive-through as two cars in front had to query their food order as it had obviously been served wrong first time around. In this day and age service and behaviour like this is totally unacceptable and should be stamped out let鈥檚 face the food there is not cheap, Unfortunately I鈥檝e had occasion to go there several times in the past and the food and service has always been appalling yes it was my fault for trying again. if they cannot offer a standard of food and service then close the bloody place down. You鈥檒l see by reading other reviews on other websites as well as this it is not only me the whole place is appalling

burger king should not offer that cheap fake meat (beyond something) stuff. i love whopper with extra cheese and fries.

there is no reason to have an impossible burger – they are not just 'impossible', they are 'impossble to be taste good' burgers.
