For me it was important to try out a chair before bying. Showroom in Utrecht has a great selection and offers that ability. Service (offline and online) is great!

I had ordered a Venus base chair from Bureaustoel 24.nl, and it came well within the expected delivery date as mentioned in the order confirmation.
While assembling the chair, I found that the back rest of the chair had a worn out hole for screw fixing, and I could not assemble my chair anymore. After a quick chat with the Bureaustoel office and an email with the photograph of the damaged hole for screw fixing, I was sent a new back rest part for the chair within 2 weeks (due to stock availability). I am very happy with the service and how the issue that I had was handled, and also very happy with the chair itself.
Thank you Bureaustoel for sending in the spare part for the back rest, the chair is assembled easily and is very comfortable to sit on.

Amazing chair! It's the best value/price office chair that I found after a really long search, and even returning a chair that just wasn't good enough.

Starting by the chair itself, it's made from really hard (not-cheap-looking) plastic.
The adjustable lumbar support works great, it moves in-depth and also in height (which is not mentioned in the description).
The seat cushion is really soft and comfortable (it's not memory foam, but still pretty good). It's also big enough and moves horizontally. The best feature for me is that you can tilt it to the front which helps to reduce leg pain at the end of the day.
The headrest does its job (the included jacket hanger is a nice addition). Maybe it would be would to be able to adjust it horizontally (front/back), but you can tilt it and move it up or down and you'll find a way to place your head comfortably.
The height of the chair is pretty good, not to short not too tall.
The net for the backrest is also fresh and comfortable, there's no need for the extra cushion to lean back.
The armrests move almost in any direction, but this is the only piece of the chair that can be improved: even when I set them as narrow as possible I still find myself opening the elbows to the sides. The only thing I really don't like about the chair is how hard those armrests are! After a long day, my elbows literally hurt and I prefer to simply not use them. Maybe some soft padding and be able to move them closer to each other would be a great improvement.

I can assure you that giving all the characteristics of this chair, you won't find one at this price, and I'm pretty happy with the service from Hjh Office/Bureaustoel24.nl as the process to return the previous chair that I didn't like was super easy and no questions were asked!
