Bureau Direct

I've ordered a number of times from Bureau Direct. I love their excellent selection of high quality stationary and range of fountain pens and inks. The service is excellent and everything is always nicely packaged. They have become my favourite online stationer and I'm gutted they are closing.

The process of searching and ordering is smooth and delivery prompt, what more can a person ask for.

They shop is also a wearhouse for stationary and they have am excellent selection as well as a great station to test every pen (with each nib size), paper, and ink. The customer service was friendly and excellent as was the advice provided by the people at work there.

I ordered a bullet journal in a specific colour, which they didn't have in stock. They contacted me and helped me come to a conclusion which we were both happy with, sending me the journal and the other parts of my order. In order to compensate for the lack of the journal in the colour I asked for, they upgraded my shipping to next day. Superb customer service, I'm very impressed and can't fault them. Not to mention how superb their range of products is, as well as the excellent prices.

I love Bureau Direct products, have just bought Introduction to Calligraphy for one son and the Field Notes Carpenter Pencils for another son, both were delighted with them. Now need to get something for my gilrie.
