I received my package on time.
The deliver concept seems to be very helpful because most people are home in the evening and
they can plan accordingly to get their package.

Delivered as promised. Fast, with reasonable heads-up on time period, with possibilities of changing place and time. Good service.

I chose Burd Delivery for an internet order I made. Much to my surprise it was delivered the same day ( having in mind it was going from one city to another ). The only small issue I had was that the package was left infront of my door on an open staircase. I still leave 5 stars for the extreme speed and in the hopes that I didnt hear the door and could not be contacted by phone ( yes it was a phone I ordered ) which is not their problem. Good luck in your future endeavours.

Everything went smooth and fast. I would love if you could deliver parcels with the possibility to just drop it on the doormat avoiding direct contact. It would be a very safe solution for couriers and receivers in these strange times.
