The service was not good

Everything was as expected. Quiet place and lots of things to de in de near neighborhood..

The booking was easy to make, all went well on arrival, just one but, it took some time to et the confirm email and the way to pay on the website didn鈥檛 work at first.

Kitchen was very small and upstairs bedrooms has no ventilation.It was suffocating..The location was good. Staff were friendly.

Excellent service. We boord for Vallee les etoiles in Blaimont. Vacation was as expected and descrived on website. No complaints.

Helpfull. Wonderfull place.

Due to the season (after the summer) the shop was half empty with no supply. The reception was only open during a number of hours a day.

Bungalow and the park were very nice.

AVOID AT ANY COST

This platform seems to be a huge scam, at least for certain cases. It had been weeks I had booked something with them. I has asked for details since the whole reservation process/confirmation details looked very minimal. It was extremely painful to get clear answers from them. I had to chase up multiple times, their customer care is extremely confusing and is not consistent between what they say over the phone vs. live chat vs. emails. It's like if their employees wouldn't work for the same company And now they have just informed me (2 days before the reservation start) that there was a "technical error" (per their words) and that the booking had actually never been processed. Absolutely shocking, I have never experience such seen with another accommodation provider. Of course they had still charged me (whereas the booking was not real/done).

We found the accommodation excellent and the area perfect for us and great value for money and would recommend this place to anyone would like to visit again next year

Super lang weekend in de Ardennen door gebracht, bij Vall茅e les Etoiles!

I am a hotelier cheated by this company, they rented accommodation in the month of August, after repeated emails and requests for payment to the date of April of the following year nothing, I proceeded to chude the availability, and in response they ask us for damages of a 2018 contract, never signed, obviously damages, which are equal, coincidentally, to the amount of invoices due to us!
We will provide through the judicial authorities, stay away from this company is not serious!

So disappointed. Booked a villa in Spain (L'estartit), when we arrived, we realized that the local agency gave us another villa, but not with the same attributes and location. Waiting for commercial gesture from Bungalow but for now, no correct answer… Hope they will answer me soon…

Hemos realizado una reserva con bungalow.net. Antes de realizar el pago todo estaba disponible, pero al d铆a siguiente de realizar el pago por medio de tarjeta de cr茅dito, nos indican que la reserva se cancela por falta de disponibilidad del alojomiento elegido.
En lugar de cancelar el cargo en la tarjeta, lo cual era posible hacer, han confirmado el cargo en la tarjeta e indicado que nos har谩n una transferencia dos d铆a despu茅s. Por tanto nos han dejado sin el importe reservado para las vacaciones durante varios d铆as, y a煤n estamos esperando recuperarlo.

We have booked with bungalow.net an accommodation for our holidays. Everything went fine until we finally did the payment via credit card. We received the day after a mail announcing the reservation was cancelled because of a lack of availability in the dates we had selected. But the payment was already done. Instead of cancelling the payment, which was something they could do, they confirmed the charge in the credit card and now they say they will make a transfer to our account. So they are going to retain our money during several days, money we had reserved for our holidays. If I would cancel the booking, I would immediately lose my money, if they do cancel, they keep my money for several days (I still haven't got my money back)

Cozy and nice

The apartment was perfect. In a quiet location, but near everything one might need.
It had just been repainted and was in perfect condition. The price was excellent and the service on the part of the agent was optimal. I will definitely use Bungalow.net again.
