We were in a pinch and during a pandemic trying to still have our wedding (June 20th) We thought because we were ordering online it would be fine, after all they do no contact drop off. They don't tell you that if you live outside of x range they ship it through a regular postal service. We live in kitchener and received flowers from DHL.
No big deal, I'm sure it's economical for them…

Considering they didn't ship our flowers with any kind of water source in over 30 degree weather inside a box with no air vents.
Yeah they warn that the flowers will be thirsty. NO KIDDING! If you leave flowers out of water for a whole day and ship them in a non-refrigerated vehicle in the depth of summer they'll be thirsty? Weird.
The flowers we ordered were white roses, baby's breath, star of Bethlehem, and myrtle.

Thinking I can perk them back up I put them immediately in water in the basement bathroom, away from anything (no breeze/drafts) and in cool temperature.
Nope. By the time we tried to use them for our ceremony the heads were bent and falling off. The star of Bethlehem never bloomed, and myrtle was half bald, and the baby's breath had started to brown. I did my best, but did they really do theirs when they shipped them?

We were gifted replacements from my parents (from Costco) because they were so dissapointed at the lack of communication and we couldn't afford anything else. But because everything is in the middle of a pandemic and was done in a rush we didn't take pictures of our garbage flowers, and because we trusted the quality that they could be revived we didn't ask for a credit in time (within 12hours of receiving them) and were denied.

We emailed the person who contacted us about an original miscommunication 2 separate times about this matter and got nothing back. Then a few days ago we were asked to make a review so here it is.

Would not recommend. EVER!

This place is a scam.
Not only the customer service is questionable in terms of challenges when placing an order, but I received a bridal bouquet that was completely damaged.
Not one flower was in good shape.
I ordered 12 orchids and 8 peonies and ended up getting 10 orchids, 5 peonies, all damaged. The additional flowers and greens were misplaced ending up with a completely unbalanced composition.
Such quality is unacceptable at any price but even less acceptable when paying over 300 USD.

Ordered a lovely spring bouquet of freesia and iris for my parents for Easter and they were absolutely beautiful, fresh and in bud ready to come out within a day or two. They were thrilled with them . Thank you I will definitely use this company again

If you want something to be delivered on a certain day ie for an occasion birthday etc don鈥檛 bother with this company they can鈥檛 guarantee so complete waste of time and money if you do want to disappoint someone then this it the company for you though a lesson learnt trust the reviews

Flowers were ordered for a funeral. Did not arrive after 3 days. Told I should check with the recipient if they had arrived. When I rang and said they hadn't, he suggested sending them again. Funeral service had already taken place. So NO, not acceptable. Money would be refunded in 5 – 7 days. I would be given 拢5 towards my NEXT order. DEFINITELY UNACCEPTABLE. Never ordering from them again. Bitterly disappointed.

They are awful and dishonest!!!!! My flowers never arrived and they promised a full refund within 2 days.6 weeks later I have not received a refund and they are now refusing to pay saying the flowers were "delivered". They should not be in business!!

Stay away from Bunchesdirect.com! After losing my original package they resent another the day of my event and it never arrived. They promised a full refund in an email and then never followed through. Now they are just flat out refusing to refund me and are doing it in a rude an unprofessional manner.

HORRIBLE!!!!????????
Dead, rotting, moulding, wilted pathetic flowers. What arrived was 1/2 my order, nothing said about what was missing… utterly useless!!! They said they鈥檇 send me replacement flowers the next day, which arrived at 6:30 pm. The event started at 6pm.
So no flowers…. they didn鈥檛 care. After asking for a refund they only offered me $150 credit for my next order…. as IF there would ever be a next order.
I spent $1,000.00 and got nothing but stress, tears… and ultimately fired as the floral designer for next years event?
If you order from the 鈥淏ulk flowers鈥? you鈥檒l pay corporate prices which fundamentally means, the crap they can鈥檛 sell retail and is headed for the garbage.
You鈥檒l be embarrassed, seriously disappointed or crushed that your centrepieces are nothing but
dead, wilted, rotten flowers destined for the bin.
Plus, you鈥檝e paid in advance with little to no recourse.
DON鈥橳 EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!
PURE GARBAGE THAT YOU PAID FOR AND YOU WONT GET A PENNY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

They advised us to order so the flowers would arrive 2 days in advance so the blooms would open. We did, and refrigerated the bouquets immediately. The flowers looked beautiful until the morning of the 2nd day (the wedding day). The petals were brown and droopy. I called right away, but since it was a Saturday and I'd need the flowers that evening, I was told replacement flowers could not be there in time.
I called again about a week later when family was gone & festivities were over and was told SORRY, YOU HAVE TO CALL WITHIN 12 HOURS OF DELIVERY FOR A REFUND.
After wasting much of my time explaining that I did exactly what they advised, they decided to give me a credit of $50.
Get this, I went to use it and the credit is on the flowers only – not delivery. You can't have anything delivered from their site for under $40 unless you order over hundreds of dollars to get free shipping. WHAT A FARCE!
STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A WONDERFUL EVENT!!! The extra money spent elsewhere would have been well worth it!

Ordered my wedding bouquet from BunchesDirect. The manager I spoke with was extremely responsive with all communication. She helped me with ideas for the bouquet and gave some advice. Eventually, the bouquet was delivered with no delay. It was absolutely perfect! Thanks for making that day special!

Fraudulent company BunchesDirect.

Bottom line: they meet the legal definition of a fraudulent company.
We were sent dead flowers and we were not refunded as they said the flowers had been 鈥榙elivered鈥?
Basically they stole $700 from us.

Terrible customer service. Only a partial shipment was received for wedding arrangements. Made promises of a timely delivery for balance. Nothing came. Told refund would be issued and only a partial refund given. Told to contact Visa if that wasn鈥檛 good enough.

On a solemn date I decided to do something nice for my beloved wife. I decided to start with flowers and wanted to make a surprise. I wanted it to be unexpected and very nice. I made an application and additionally contacted by phone. The attentive consultant reviewed my order and advised a more interesting version of the bouquet. It is very good that she helped me. Everything was done clearly and at the right time. Thank you very much!

The flowers arrived on time. They were supposed to be signed for which they did not do and left on my porch. I was home luckily and had signed up for notifications by fedex so that鈥檚 how I found out they arrived. They were beautiful! The fusha color wasn鈥檛 as bright as the pictures but they were still beautiful. They worked perfectly for my wedding and I had so many left over from making my bouquets to set out as decorations and spent a lot less than I was quoted by local florists. I would recommend them for anyone not wanting to break the bank on flowers.

I used this service for the delivery of flowers and I want to note that the store staff work perfectly. Prices are always low, and the quality of flowers is excellent. Neatly Packed, beautiful, aesthetically designed bouquets. Yes, and promotions are often on the site, you can get decent discounts. Delivery, by the way free. You can choose a bouquet to a person of any sex and any status, the site has subsections. In General, everything for every taste. Very convenient service. Thanks.
