Functionality of ordering and shopping cart can be improved such as auto update of cart when items added or removed and ability to select quantity upon first selecting item

I have an elderly, at risk husband so wanted to buy 2 boxes because BLOODY HOARDERS have slumped our shelves here.

price has gone up 30% from when i bought last time plus shipping and have to wait for shipping now
