I ordered a Halloween sweatshirt for my daughter on October 20th. I was hoping against hope that it would make it here just in time for Halloween. It is now December 29th. I still have not received the sweatshirt. I have asked for a refund repeatedly since the middle of November, but am only assured my shirt is enroute and there is no way they can refund my money as the product is on the way. There is no way of tracking it, as the tracking information they gave has taken me to the same page since day 3 of this 鈥渁dventure鈥? PLEASE warn your friends and do not purchase ANYTHING from them!!
