Terrible company to do business with. You can not contact them after placing your original order. Their website is non functional except for taking your order and your money. When calling them all you get is a voice mail system which they will not respond to. Order was placed in November and now it is January and still no response at all. Shows they have no reliability to their customers. All it would take is a response to tell customers of the cause of the delay

This company is a fraudulent company. They took our money and sent defective merchandise, and refused to send replacement bulbs.
They don't understand the first thing about customer service.

I have ordered for the Bulbs and the company was supposed to take payment only against ordered item being in stock,They took the money and they did not deliver for more than 3 months. I lost the money and customer orders. They never bother to reply to mails.
Give me some feedback on this company on others experience and I want to make a complaint on fraudulent companies like this bulb Town.
I sent mails to deduct payment on shipping also and no confirmation from them.

My online order was a small one and they still got it wrong. When I called them they said they would correct there mistake and send the correct bulbs but never did.

My credit card was charged for $51.00 and they did not deliver the products. When I tried to call, the voice-mailbox was always FULL. After many MANY attempts, someone actually picked up the phone: She said "I have your number, I'll call you back." She never did. Now I'm back to "Voice-mailbox full" and nowhere to turn. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered some lightbulbs from these guys. They took my money and said 'they'd contact me to confirm postage'.
They never contacted in over a month, didn't send the products, they sent me an email telling me to 'sod off', yet stilll kept my money. I emailed them over 20 times with no response.

Eventually lodged a complaint through PayPal and got a refund.
You would be mad to use them. Nasty, nasty way to treat customers.

Please be careful. This company is a bunch of crooks. Find another place to buy your bulbs. They have not just bad customer service but just plain mean. Don't expect to resolve any issue with them in an amicable manor. If they have good ratings it's because the owners made them… Avoid this place at all costs
