Buy WordPress Theme From BUgdigit
I purchased the plugin for WordPress via Bugdigit which was simply incompatible with my theme. No matter how much the plugin team tried to solve this, they couldn't do anything. So I requested a refund. Since this was a digital item, Theme Forest could only offer a refund if it's proven faulty, malfunctioning, or misleading. However, awesome customer support made a one-time exception, so they had applied the credits to my Market account which is still perfect while I am gonna be purchasing their products in the future. As always, astounding experience!
